This is a miracle tool for Psoas muscle pain.
I suffered a partial upper psoas major tear in December, 2017 during a hockey game. My pain levels came & went for a few years. At the least, it felt like I had a constant knot in my back between upper my pelvic bone and my lower ribs. At the worst, it felt like I cracked a rib and even breathing or laughing was excruciatingly painful. I routinely stretched and did all I could to relieve the pain, but nothing worked; nothing even helped. I spent lots of money on massage therapy and never got rid of the pain until March, 2023. I bought this tool thinking it wouldn't do much since nothing else ever worked. In March, 2023, I tried a different massage therapist who spent 45 minutes digging and pushing into my right psoas muscle and her hands were in the same shape as this tool. I showed her a picture of it and she taught me how to use it and why it worked. Friends, for the first time in 5 1/2 years, my psoas muscle does not cause me any pain or soreness!! I use this tool 1-2 times a day for about 3-5mins each time and follow with the stretches that I learned years ago. I can't begin to tell you how funny it felt when I woke up the morning after that massage and following up with this tool. Each morning before getting out of bed, I subconsciously had been lifting my right leg up with my hands over the side of the bed to alleviate the weight on my psoas, but not anymore. I no longer have to stand up slowly from a sitting position as my psoas yells at me. I no longer hurt for days after my hockey games because my psoas is angry. I can now play in tournaments, 2-3 times/day without being hunched over in pain like a person decades older than me. I wish I had found this tool years ago! If you have psoas pain, this tool ought to be in your home. Yeah, it can cause some discomfort if your muscle it tight, but you can truly feel it stretching and loosening up; releasing the pressure at the connection points. I hope it works for you as well as it did for me!

Relief
Struggled with very tight shoulders and this little tool has done what many stretches and massages couldnโt. Solid relief. Simple and smartly made.

Totally worth it.
Simple, well-built, and versatile. I tried a non-adjustable Psoas device once before but this is so much better. I've used it on my back, neck and glutes as well as my Psoas. Worth every penny. No regrets. Nice helpful clear manual comes with it too.

โญโญโญโญโญ Life-Changing Relief with Thrival Muscle Recovery!
I cannot say enough good things about Thrival Muscle Recovery! After struggling with persistent low back pain, I was honestly surprised by how quickly and effectively this worked. Within a short time of consistent use, my pain was noticeably reduced, my mobility improved, and I finally felt real relief. What makes Thrival even better is how easy it is to use. The design is simple, intuitive, and incredibly effective. The YouTube instruction videos are clear, professional, and easy to follow, which makes it perfect for beginners and experienced users alike. I never felt unsure about what I was doingโand that made a huge difference in getting results safely. If youโre dealing with low back pain, tight muscles, or recovery issues, Thrival is absolutely worth it. It has truly been a game-changer for my pain, my movement, and my quality of life. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for real, effective muscle recovery and pain relief!

Works ok
It's too large to get really deep behind the bone and into the muscle. Note that having both sides on it points the wrong direction but is a good "warm up." After using both sides you then have to take off one side and then work it inside-out to get deeper behind the hip/pelvic bone. Even so, it helps so 3 stars.

won't be returning this!
really interesting to use! the first therapeutic device of this kind i've ever gotten and i really do feel it's working. it hurts a bit, you learn to tolerate it bc you understand how it will provide relief once it's over, but i recommend laying a towel or two down on top of the knobs to ease some of that pressure; it may be too intense for some, at first. also, i have a gut, so i really can't tell if i'm getting the psoas muscle perfectly lol! i try to aim it in that crevice by the hip bone and groin, but can't tell if i should be going higher up. regardless, i feel like it's working to unlock some of that stiffness i've been experiencing lastly, even as a deep tissue trigger point massager this product shines, and is used for that purpose just as much as its original intended use. the moveable knobs can be spaced and rotated to hit all muscles you need it to, and deeply. glutes, lats, shoulder blades, and legs all benefit from positioning the muscle above the knob(s) and gently lowering onto the device, while slowly moving back and forth on it once the spot is found. i use it as much as i can, but like all deep tissue massages, you don't want to do it too much as you can quickly get to the point of diminishing returns quickly

The health item I didnโt know I needed and now wonโt live without! My hip pain is gone!
Where has this device been the last 5 years of my middle-aged life? As a former athlete that is trying to stay active and approaching 50, I have been dealing with a sore lower back and hip pain for several years. My hip has been bothering me so much that even the lateral move out of the car can be quite painful. I did some research on hip flexor, sciatica, psoas etc and decided it was time to try anything. At first, I just kind of laid on it, put pressure thinking it would help. It made a moderate difference as I put pressure where I felt the pain. But after a few days I went back to the Thrival website and looked at their "how to Thrival" videos showing various stretches and, WOW, what a difference! My hip pain is almost gone after some intense stretching sessions. For years I had been dealing with a tight hip, wondering if I needed hip replacement, when what I feel I really needed was just appropriate stretching. I am a convert for sure, and it is only a few minutes each night before bed. Now I am spending 5 minutes in the morning in my quiet time, and finding that my day is much more enjoyable now that I have less aches and pains. My dog was very intrigued as to what I was doing each day and possibly seeing how relieved I was after using my Thrival, she is now taking claim and using it as her pillow and head rest. Wanted to show images to depict size as it is small enough to travel with and sturdy enough to last a long time. Give it a shot, watch the videos and find the relief you have been looking for.

Better than a roller, more targeted deeper relief
Decided to upgrade from a massage foam roller and try out the Meat Grinder, and no regrets. It's more expensive but well worth it. Since it's adjustable, I can target my shorthened iliopsoas very well even tho it's deep down, and get quick relief. Also tried on other muscle groups as per the booklet and felt the same nice relief. Hmm maybe this can replace a massage therapist... Gonna order the upgrade parts to see what else this device can do.

Absolutely wonderful
I been a user of the Pso Rite for couple of years..and though its a great product and works well in my Psoas..I wanted something that can be adjusted to my body size and frame..enter the Thrival..at 1st I was skeptical about it..but once I used it..omg..its even better than the pso rite. It so much more versatile. Able to adjust to my Psoas, lower back, mid back, shoulders and neck and even target my calves and anterior shin muscles . 1 product for whole body. A total recovery system. No need to get separate tools for different body areas. Pso Rite u have a real competition in the Thrival. This product can bring it home.

Great for reaching the deep spots a foamroller / lacrosse ball can't
I've been using it for my psoas, glutes, and shoulders and it's been pretty good releasing the tight muscles. I've seen other reviews on the durability but so far no issues yet.
