ADOV Mandoline Vegetable Slicer with Hand Protector and Food Container, ABS

Great for slicing and dicing vegetables. I use this most days. Its not designed for hard veg but peppers, tomatoes, carrots, onions etc it is fantastic. Very easy to clean and makes those tasks that used to be a chore childs play. I definitely recommend this if you use a recipe box service that involves lots of prep or if you are a skilled cook who just wants to make life a little easier for yourself. Overall top quality for the price. If you want something more sturdy I would recommend spending extra for it. You probably need something in the £75+ bracket to beat this product in terms of what it can do with sturdiness. I’ve researched it myself looking at the metal ones and even they have complaints about sturdiness when for example trying to cut chips for the ones in the £40 range. It’s a great product but you need to understand it has limitations due to sturdiness which is to be expected at this price.

The product comes with plenty of features. It does work good but you do have to really slam the lid down and I fear I might break it. But all in all it works and has saved me some time in the kitchen. Quick delivery.

It’s a great mandolin for the money. Have found it easier to use without the hand guard bit (just be careful). Blades are sharp and it feels sturdy. 2mm attachment works perfectly on firmer fruit and veg like apple, onions and potatoes. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic multi-slicer with lots of options. It cuts, grates, shreds, lattices and more... if you can work it out. The instructions are not the clearest so take your time and practice. Perfect for making healthy snaks like baked carrot lattices. (First thing we tried) its quite easy to clean saying it's made up of a lot of little blades and guides but how it looks after a bit more use, I'm not sure as you cant deap clean it. It's good value for the features it has and it's very sturdy. (I managed the whole review without calling it Great... that's a first for me)

The first one I ordered the container was broken it was a present for my daughter I have sent this one back and reordered the same one it is good value for money and my daughter loves it

I should've known better. Now and again ill try a cheaper product. This item is awful. Flimsy. Tested all the cutters. One didn't do what it's supposed too. Save your money and buy a better product. Buy cheap buy twice!

Sturdy and versatile but came with no instructions so will be a learning curve getting used to it.

Very compact and easy to clean. This is the BEST slicer I have ever owned in my whole life (and I'm in my 60's now). I love it. I've been using it to slice bananas for dehydration so I put the lemon juice in the container so they fall directly into lemon as sliced. No discoloration. It's so much easier and produces evenly sliced pieces.

Very poor quality, broke after 1 use

this is a must in my kitchen for making salsa as well as other dishes and i use it a lot more then i thought i would

Arrivato nei tempi indicati, sembra pratico e robusto. È proprio come da immagini pubblicitarie. Le lame sono molto affilate tant'è che nel lavaggio preutilizzo già mi sono tagliato un dito (come da foto), che però è ancora attaccato, quindi non è un problema perché finché c'è il dito va tutto molto bene! Voi però state attenti quando lo lavate!! ...se lo comprate
