Looking for a splitter for 2 headsets with microphones so we can hear and talk to a judge for a court case.

Yes this works for that, we use it for gaming so I can hear and talk in the group chat while my child plays.

Assuming two trrs headsets with mics are plugged into both female ports, will the first headset hear the voice of the second headset when talking?

I believe so. I am having this sisue right now when plugging my headset into my phone and another trrs into my PC mic port. The audio from the headset spills into the audio in the other port.
