How do I know which size is best for me?

The size runs about the same size as most gloves that I have wore. So if you have worn a large in the past, order a large. Extra large if needed

What are the instructions for cleaning these?

Treated just like leather, how would you use a damp cloth and drive them immediately. Use mink oil if they dry out.

Where are the instructions for measuring your hand? Saying they are true to size doesn't help if you don't know your size.

If you scroll through the pictures, there is one that shows sizes (S, M, L, etc) along with the inch measurement for that size. The instructions on that picture say to measure all the way around your hand just under your knuckles to find your size.

are they washer/dryer safe?

I would not recommend it. I'm sure they are genuine leather.
