Works well on a robot vacuum. However after first run the battery door disappeared and I never found it???

The bot will operate if you push the button but it won't link to Bluetooth and won't link to wifi with the bridge. The manual is a joke and the Tuya Smart ap and the SmartLife app are both garbage. None of then show the bot and using the generic wifi item on the list won't work. The secure hot spot won't work and the so therfore the device can't be used other than by pushing a button to push another button. It's useless and there is no customer service or phone number to call for help. I'll be sending it back. It was a great idea but very poor executed, if you can even call it that. The only way I can describe it is simply GARBAGE. I'm a disabled veteran and I really need the device or one like it to push the button on a medical device I use (withheld for privacy) but this isn't it. If Fingerbot wants to contact me and reach out and make it right I'd revise the poor rating but as I see it the device doesn't work and should be avoided at all costs. You will be sending this back to Amazon if you buy it. The ap says it is adding device and will take 60 seconds. I left that screen open for 3 hours and it did nothing.

Works perfectly via direct BT connection or via BT hub. No issues.

At first it was a little hard to connect to my phone but afther a cupple minute got it done. This is the best thang for truckers that have a company that dont allow idling on there trucks if you know than you know

Difficult to program multiple steps.

Once connected, though, it worked like a charm. Despite the initial setup challenges, the Fingerbot Plus has proven its worth. The ability to customize scenes and schedules, along with the sturdy build quality, reinforces its position as a reliable smart home accessory. The optional Fingerbot Hub further expands its capabilities, serving as a centralized control hub for all compatible devices. This product works perfectly. I attached it to the wrapper at work, and it works great. There is a small delay and if you keep your phone awake the connection to the fingerbot is solid. I highly recommend this product.

This was bought as a Christmas present for the "family household" so we can turn on a light when we are away from home. I never did get to try the product because setting it up is not clear. The instructions come in a font size of about 1 (had put my cheaters on). I scanned the QR code to install the software that was going to connect and control the Fingerbot. It's an app called "Moes". Makes sense. I create an account and the next step is to pair. Great. I open up the unit, take the "pull" tab out from the battery, and push the button so that the button blinks. The app doesn't find anything. My bluetooth is on. OK, now what. Oh, there's an option to manually pair the unit. Great. I scroll through every single Moes option and Fingerbot is not one of them. So I cannot pair automatically and I cannot pair manually. Off to the internet to find a solution. Most videos, reviews, etc that I find don't actually tell you what app they are using. There were a few sites, including the main one for Fingerbot that tells you to connect to a completely different app and the unit even has a different manufacturer (I can only assume the product or company was sold to another company, or the company itself changed names). I try the new app only to find it is talking about a bunch of wifi stuff. This unit isn't supposed to use wifi - only Bluetooth. Oh, that's ok, it's not connecting anyway. An hour on Christmas day wasted trying to get this thing connected when most electronic products these days take 5 seconds to connect and install. Shrug of the shoulders - returning to amazon. All it takes are clear instructions which there are none for this product.
