As a fibromyalgia patient, I was advised to take magnesium supplements. I haven't been using this brand for long but so far they seem to do the job. I take the capsules at night and find that it helps me to sleep. They also seem to help relieve some pain symptoms of fibromyalgia. I previously took magnesium in tablet form and found them hard to swallow. These capsules are easy to take. They seem to be of good quality for the price.

Finally a magnesium Citrate tablet not like a horse pill! Really pleased with the quality and size of these tablets and they are working well. Having tried so many different brands it makes such a difference only having to take 1 or 2 per day and not 4 or 5 as each capsule is 400 mg, making the purchase good value for money. I take these mainly due to lack of a thyroid gland and associated joint issues as well as to aid with fatigue. Taken at night they really do help with getting a good nights sleep. Highly recommend

I’m on my third bottle. I bought these for sleep probs : insomnia & cramps and I had read Mg Ci could help with constipation. They do both. I was getting horrible cramps in my arms and legs at night when I tried to sleep and it would wake me often and disturb my quality of sleep. I took these and they helped immediately I would say. I also was getting more naturally tired at bedtime as my circadian rhythm was blown out by a long way and I was working with artificial light too late to go to sleep naturally. I emailed the company about sth and found them to be so helpful and genuine. I just got back from holiday where my current bottle had ran out & I started getting cramps again so they are obviously doing a lot! I ordered for same day with prime, dropped a couple and slept better. The next day I read on the label that actually you can take 1-7 tablets a day. So yesterday I took 2 at lunch and 2 at dinner, had no cramps at all at night and slept so deeply. And also it’s helping perfectly with regular constipation. Summary: Absolutely relieving everything I’m taking them for. Full score 3/3. For those of you with real sleep probs , I couple this effort with ZZZZs by Form Nutrition (not a Mg supplement - purely for sleep) they are amazing and the best thing I’ve found. The combination of the Mg and ZZZZs is amazing for me. I ALSO have a little sleep balm of essential oils by 1001 Remedies called Good Night Sleep Relaxing Balm - it’s natural oils you dab on pulse points which work as a sedative. Between all these I’m sorted ! Hope this helps some of you !! Plus Aavalabs has been to me a reliable and friendly brand and I really like their ethos. Edit : this is a few years on in 2023 - I ran out again, the night twitches returned ! I bought Viridian High potency Mg as I wanted to try it to compare as I rate Viridian as a brand, but 3 days in , night twitching has continued, so going back to these again ! I don’t know what it is about these over Viridian even, but they seem really reliable.

I have been taking their magnesium for a good while, all is good (but wasn't noticing until.... I had changed mine daily Magnesium intake to another brand... Then after some 2 weeks... problem starts : heart palpitations, muscle cramps, eye twitching... and much more... so after checking my problem w my physician, without hesitation, I immediately changed back to this brand, up the dose from one to two per day.. now after 5 days.. I am back to my good old self. This is a good product ! Highly recommended ! Also, hope Aava Labs will keep up to their good work.

I bought these for my elderly parents, but have been taking them myself for a couple of months now on the recommendation from a friend who also takes them. Ive also recommended them to several friends who have also started taking them. Personally i cant rate these high enough. I have sleep apnea and use a cpap machine but still felt constantly tired. I would wake up in the morning and take at least a couple of hours to get going and never felt fully alert. Well those days are gone. After a few days of taking this supplement i started having the best sleep ever. I wake up feeling refreshed and ready for anything. I have more energy and no brain fog. I feel great. The other problem i was having was pain in my knees, due to wear and tear i was told after an mri scan. My creaky knee joints were making walking slow and hard work. I have noticed recently that I am no longer getting any pain in my knees and my walking has improved. I am definitely attributing this to taking the magnesium supplement. I am going to get my cholesterol checked next month as i suffer with high cholesterol but refuse to take statins. I cant wait to see if its improved my good to bad ratio. I have been reading up about magnesium and it has so many benefits and it seems most of us are lacking in it. Its working wonders for me and i would seriously urge everyone to start taking it. I have used magnesium for a few years and always bought a certain product. I ran out and needed some fairly quickly, so I went on Amazon and bought your product. Well, it's brilliant. It gives me good sound sleep, helps with bowel movements and general well being. I recently went on holiday for a week and decided to give my body a break from all vitamins. Day 3 into the holiday I felt lethargic, I had restless sleep and after exercise everyday I noticed my recovery was slower. I am hypothyroid so magnesium is an important vitamin for me. I truly recommend this product . It's far superior to other magnesium brands

I bought this product as I suffer with leg cramps and general aches and stiffness in my neck and shoulders. As someone who has to take calcium and vitamin d each day I could not get by without the addition of magnesium. This has relieved all my symptoms within a couple of days of taking it, The capsules are vegan friendly, which I appreciate and they are very easy to swallow. I take two of these a day which is quite a high dose considering that they are very strong but this dose works for me. A great quality magnesium supplement at a very reasonable price.

Got these as I was advised that the magnesium I was taking wasn’t very bio-available as it was magnesium oxide. Take them to protect against osteoporosis so I can’t really tell if they’re working or not. Only thing I don’t like is that they have a strange taste when you swallow them and an aftertaste for a few seconds. Other than that they seem fine.
