Lovely product. Have tried and tested a range of cleansing balms and this stands up to some hefty competition with the added benefit that it is all natural. Smells great, cleanses well and leaves my skin super soft. I do like to use a natural toner afterwards because feel it leaves a slight residue which is only reason 4*s. Received order really promptly with little free sample too! UPDATE: Still using same pot 5 months on - great value for money. Very happy with performance as cleanser. I no longer tone at the moment and no longer feel the residue to be honest. Great product.

Lovely product, smells like Turkish delight! Was delivered on time, which is always a plus. Don't think it suits my skin type but it does say in the product description it is for normal to dry skin and I have combination skin to be fair. Good for removing make-up or double cleansing. Leaves skin feeling incredibly soft however if like me your skin can be slightly oily then maybe opt for a lighter option for your daily cleanse as it may cause you to have some tiny pimples if you don't rinse it all off your face properly.

Lovely product to use and it smells divine. I have used a much more expensive product for many years which had the same kind of principle - I.e the hot cloth to polish off the product- and I am finding this product just as effective. My skins feels lovely afterwards and it is so clean.

Botanicals Cleansing Melt - Rose & Camellia The contents are almost like that of coconut oil in its solidified state. I had to wet my hands and face first in order to be able to spread this over my face else it is far too hard to spread. This is very oily and I can't wash it off without washing my face again with something else but hey maybe that is the point of a cleansing melt. Even so, not for me. I will get something else to get rid of my make-up.

This is the future of taking your makeup off, it’s simply gorgeous stuff. Yes it’s more of a faff than the wipes but it’s so worth it. Clears up spots, non greasy after washing off and lasts for ages. Smells divine too.

Lovely product. Feels cleansing and moisturising, I find so many cleansers leave my skin feeling very dry. Would buy again.

I prefer a cleansing balm or polish and I have used most of the big brands inc. Liz Earle, Eve Lom. I thought I'd try this product as the reviews were positive and I like that it is organic. I really like the texture of this product and it glides on smoothly. Smells divine. I didn't give it 5 stars as I found it didn't 100% clean my make-up off, so I also used a toner. That said, it left my skin lovely and soft and didn't leave a residue. I would recommend.
