This is a must buy..
Buy this if you want to bbq.. or flavour you're pork or chicken or beef to perfection .. it also works really good for baking.. I've ever sprinkled it on my sweet potatoes.. the flavour is outstanding.. and it's really more-ish .. can't recommend enough.. you get so much for you're money it's amazing

Good product unreasonable price
Unbelievable product who doesn’t love Chinese spare ribs marinated in this sauce can highly recommend it plus you can get it in all other flavours cannot stop buying other flavour products that I prefer the Chinese flavour

Huge Tub and a Great Taste.
I caught sight of our local butcher using this red tub to flavour some spare ribs, I was so excited to find it on Amazon. I haven't tried it on chicken as yet but it transformed some rather plain pork belly strips into the most adorable spare ribs (but without the bones). I have been marinading in the fridge over-night in some foil-backed polythene BBQ bags, and then freezing them. When needed, it's then just a case of defrosting them and placing the bags straight onto the BBQ for grilling. Highly recommended for that Chinese takeaway spare rib and roast pork flavour. The tub is much larger than expected, so it should last for ages.

Excellent taste
So I saw this in a butchers last month and tried it. After trying it. I decided to buy some and I haven't looked back; this stuff tastes great! It comes in a massive 2.5kg tub that is actually a pretty sturdy container. The actual rub is inside a nice blue bag (just incase the tub breaks). I've found that leaving this overnight on the chicken allows the chicken to absorb some of the mix and it tastes much better than just leaving it on for a few minutes.
