Creative Haven Creative Cats Coloring Book

Wow! what an amazing cat themed colouring book this is so beautiful and exquisite. I’m having the best time and it’s so relaxing colouring with the truly gorgeous cat art. Beautifully designed and the artwork is stunning!! Great for all ages I’m 54 and loving it but children and all the way up to elderly would love this. It would make a great gift.

I bought this colouring book with trepidation, cats with flowers and patterns growing on them? I thought it might be a bit odd, and I was right. It's very odd.....in a good way. I haven't wanted to put it down since it arrived. The paper is on the thin side, but the pictures are printed on one side only, so any bleed through won't matter. I would recommend putting a piece of paper or thin card under the picture you are colouring to protect the next picture just in case you want to use felt pens like sharpies. It's true that each cat more or less has the same face, but it doesn't bother me. The pictures are very detailed and a pleasure to colour in. They're great with a mixture of felt pens and coloured pencils. I have included a few photos to give a taste of what to expect. The book is so much nicer than expected.

This book is an absolute must for those who love colouring & who love cats. The designs are quirky, cute and have enough detail to provide hours of colouring fun. The designs in this book are only printed on one side of each page &, the paper is thick enough to withstand fibre tip pens as well as colouring pencils. Creative Haven offer a good selection of adult colouring books that are ideal for those of us who are bored by all the floral & patterned colouring books that are available to buy in the high street stores.

I love this book! I've been doing the colouring books for adults for a couple of years now and absolutely love it. Gorgeous pictures but the cat is the same in each picture would of been nice if it was a different cat but it doesn't put me off. You can also tear out the pages if you desire to frame them or colour them outside of the book. I'm only taking 1 star of because of the cat being the same in every picture. I use sharpies, pencil and gel pen in this book, it does bleed through but as long as you have a piece of paper behind the picture your colouring it won't affect the picture on the other page.

I already have the owl colouring book in this range and absolutely adore it. The same can be said with this cat one as well. It's full of whimsical designs that are different from other colouring books I have they make a nice change. They're not the most intricate but still the designs are lovely and make a break from some of the more complicated patterns I have in other books but they aren't so simple that they feel childish. The paper is lovely quality and allows pencils to glide across the surface making shading and colouring easy. I would test the paper before using felt tip pens mine are ok but I can't say the same for other brands of pen. Perfect for colouring lovers and cat lovers alike and I will be looking forward to more in this range and style.

this adult colouring book is just what an adult colouring book should have. Wonderful quality paper, lovely designs and delightful patterns. Front of book shows example of how wonderful a finished page will look. Also inside the front page and back page and inside this. Giving you some inspiration to get started. Also the paper quality is thick and first class. The pages are one sided and have perforations which are not obvious but would allow you to remove your finished art work to display. I am totally delighted with receiving this book and can very highly recommend it. I am now building up a good collections of these wonderful adult colouring books. Enjoy!

If you like cats (and you had better, because there are lots of them in this book), this is a lovely colouring book, for both adults and older children. The paper is good quality, with images on just one side of each sheet. The pictures are drawn using fine black ink and are very detailed, giving lots of scope for unique and colourful pictures. All of the pictures are good. A few have larger background areas to colour, but each image is mostly smaller more detailed areas. It's the sort of book that might encourage more adults to do a bit of colouring! Measures: 11"/28cm x 8 1/2"/21cm.

Creative Cats - Marjorie Sarnat Beautiful single sided illustrations of cat characters; in space, a tea shop, the garden, with toys, cuckoo clocks, sweets, very much in the style of artist Gustav Klimt. The book is approximately A4/C4 size and it only has 36 pages to colour. It is a Creative Haven book and like all their books this has single sided, perforated pages. The paper is not great, maybe slightly thicker than copy paper, but as one sided you could easily use any marker pens with a plain piece of paper behind to catch any bleed through.

I love to color in my free time or when I’m a bit down, it’s really good.

Marvellous, interesting, creative designs on quality paper. I have monthly hospital appointments where reading is impossible, and this book has come in very handy. The patterns are intricate enough that each one takes time and patience: you cannot race through the book. You won't feel like money has been wasted. Of all the colouring books I have seen, this is the most beautiful and I am not one to make claims like 'the most' 'the best' 'my favourite', but in this case, it's an easy call. I once had an exquisite antique porcelain cat with paisley hand-painted all over its body: this book brings to mind that statue, my one and only knick-knacks, now lost to a flood. Snif, snif, wail, wail. I prefer finer pointed markers for this. The paper is thick enough for marker and the designs so complex that the richness of marker colour saturation is superior to pencil crayon. This would make a terrific gift for an older child (9+) or adult of any sex. On a 'non-productive' day at work I made photocopies (by request :) and my four male coworkers coloured all day long.
