is this pump suitable for bouncing castles

Not likely. The biggest thing I use this pump on is a 8ft X 3.5ft X 35cm paddling pool. The pump is rather ' warm' after completing that task.

Can anyone tell me diameter/size of the adaptors

Three adaptors are provided with the pump; each have a 35mm diameter on the end which attaches to the pump. The other ends have diameters of 4mm, 20mm and 25mm.
