Does this water filter remove fluoride?

In trying to answer your question I've read through the literature that came came with the jug as well as the leaflet from the box containing some extra cartridges that I purchased and could find no reference to fluoride. For your information I have copied the info from the cartridge box: 4-step filtration Improves taste of tea and coffee Reduces limescale Reduces lead and copper Reduces appliance descaling Water filter cartridge reduces limescale, impurities affecting taste and odour (e.g. chlorine) as well as lead and copper. So as you can see there is no direct mention of fluoride.

I have just changed the filter and have pressed the set button to reset the indicator but it just goes back to a flashing square box. Any advice?

When you have changed the filter hold the reset button till it flashes 3 times then it should be set.

Does this, plus the cartridges of course, remove lead from water like Brita does? Just discovered I've got lead pipes into my house after 32 years!!

This works in exactly the same way as a Brita filter. It’s just a less fancy jug.

Do amazon sell replacement cartridges? the “amazonbasics water filter cartridges – 6 pack - fits brita classic jugs” one which is the only one i can find says that they do not fit the amazon basics jug?

Yes they do, im just looking up the code coz i bought the jus and the spare filters: AmazonBasics water Filter Cartridges-3 pack by amazonbasics £12.94 for 3pk. I hipe this helps
