I have a canon eos60d which states a 15mm sensor size, will this still work?

Possible? I would try to find the exact size cleaner for your sensor, as the idea being these kits is to clean in in one clean swoop which covers the whole sensor, one sweep with the solution and one with a dry pad and you're done, no smears or smudges.

Will this work with Micro Four Thirds sensors?

The swabs are a specific size ( 16mm ) for APS-C sensors. Considering the sensitive nature of the part to be cleaned if you are in any doubt I would suggest contacting the company who are very helpful I found.

Is this suitable for the Canon M50?

If the M50 has an APS-C sensor which I think it does then these swabs should be fine. They are designed for APS-C sensors.
