has the formula changed? Opened a new tub and its more watery and smells slightly different to the last one I used. Burns as opposed to tingles too.

Hi Matt! Thanks for getting in touch. There have been no changes that would cause this so not sure why you're experiencing it. Please note, the essential oils (mostly the eucalyptus and mint) can rise to the top of the mud sometimes. Stirring thoroughly with a clean, dry spoon before use can reduce the tingling sensation. Where is the best place to store this?

Hi Mohammed thanks for asking this question. The best place to store the product is somewhere cool and dry with a consistent temperature. A poorly ventilated bathroom that fluctuates in temperature is the least ideal place for example. Although not necessary, some people like to keep it in the fridge if they don't have anywhere else suitable. Hope this helps.
