EDIT** 3 weeks after using and my Ginivitus has gone!!!!! I didn’t get to use my water pik as it arrived broken and I had to return it. So between this mouth wash and manual flossing my gum are healing. For many years, I had been postponing a visit to the dentist due to severe anxiety and health conditions that made it difficult for me to leave the house. However, when a 20-year-old filling fell out, leaving a significant hole in my tooth, I realised I had no choice but to seek help. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience; the dentist was excellent and quickly addressed the issue. Fortunately, there was no decay or infection—just an old filling that needed to be replaced. During the examination, the dentist noted that I had early-stage gingivitis. I instantly felt overwhelmed, but after researching, I learned that gingivitis can be reversed with proper care, including regular dental cleanings and good oral hygiene at home. Motivated to improve my gum health, I invested in a Waterpik, recognising the importance of flossing, and started learning about effective tooth cleaning techniques on YouTube. I also decided to switch to an electric toothbrush, which is essential for maintaining oral hygiene. While waiting for my Waterpik to arrive, I came across a mouthwash that I was initially skeptical about. However, after trying it for the first time, I was genuinely impressed. The flavor was pleasant, and I noticed an immediate gel-like sensation on my gums. Although it had a slight burning sensation, I found it refreshing. Additionally, it effectively addressed the bad breath I had been experiencing due to my gum issues, and I could feel the benefits lingering long after use. A few days after my filling, I was still feeling discomfort in my gums and tooth, which made me worry that the procedure might not have been done correctly. However, after using the mouthwash, I experienced instant relief. While it's too early to confirm that my gingivitis has completely resolved, I am already seeing significant improvement, and the discomfort has subsided. THIS MOUTHWASH IS A MUST!!

Good heavens, this stuff is strong! I was brought up to believe that if something tasted bad, or if medicine stung on a scrape, then it was working. If that was true, then this stuff is amazing because it could remove paint. In short, one quick blast of this and your mouth will feel like you've taken up swallowing flames for the circus - but in a nice way. I do think it's working - so I recommend it - just be ready for the burn!

Need to buy again, think it has helped my gums

Waited a month to post the review. After trying corsodyl mouth wash before hand for a gum issue and bleed. This product won hands down. At first it was a bit of a shock taste wise but you soon get used to it. More importantly after 2 weeks use it healed my gum issue and helped to bring my gum line back to a more pinky colour. So well worth it , strong but worth it 100%

This product is absolutely the bees knees! It works really well. I normally use Corsodyl and while that is a good product it wasn’t helping me this time, so I tried this Listerine product and boy I’m glad I did. I would absolutely recommend using it. Super fast delivery from Amazon too. ☺️

I was told about this product from a Dentist who swore by it. I bought it and gave a little bit to a few people to try and they loved it too. I noticed a difference with it. I had read reviews that said it didn't work for them , but it worked for us ! Will last a long time
