Not surprising since it's on the listing but these tablets carry a proper dosage of 3.75mg per day. Some competitors try to short change you with 2mg and so you run out of them quicker. For loading phase use 4-5 tablets daily to get 5-6.25mg for 2 weeks or so to saturate muscles if you've never taken the supplements before. Then maintenance at 3 a day should be plenty. The tablets are slightly larger than some other brands so if you're bad with tablets maybe worth noting. Personally had no issues.

Great value for money. Exactly what you expect, I can't think of any ways to improve it.

These are definitely on the chunky side so for anyone with a small mouth this is probably cause a little bit of discomfort but however I do find these easy to swallow and the taste is non-existent effectiveness that is there these are good can only trust that they are the strength that they say they are

I've used many brands of creatine over the years, this is my new favourite. Easier to swallow than many of the brands I've tried, and as long as you swallow the capsules before they start to dissolve on your tongue, they have no offputting taste. For the amount of creatine per tablet and amount of tablets included, these are the best value I've found, and I shall be buying again for the forseeable future.

Wouldn't be without it now. I take 4 each go and feel a slight rush, almost pre workout like. Great creatine and so handy with it been tablets. They're big though so us straight guys will struggle a bit but you'll get used to it.

Il marchio è molto conosciuto e infatti il prodotto è eccellente. Nessun problema di assorbimento o al livello gastrico. Pasticche grandi ma se si è abituati non c’è problema. Prezzo nella media.

Fajny produkt uzyteczny

Leicht zu schlucken und nicht zu groß, hatte schon größere Kapseln gehabt. Man nimmt erst die Kapseln in Mund und dann mit viel Wasser dann schlucken. Dann das gleiche wiederholen. Bei mir klappt es einfach gut. Bin sehr zufrieden mit Creantin und kaufe es wieder. SUPER

Davvero un ottimo prodotto, lo sto utilizzando da due settimane dopo uno stop di un mese da quella in polvere, lo trovo molto più pratico in capsule, aiutano a migliorare la performance e il tono muscolare, ovviamente praticando attività sportiva intensa e curando l’alimentazione…
