Is this genuine for sure? If yes, why is it so cheap? Boots have it for £28.

Yes it's genuine. Boots are clearly making a healthy profit! I have purchased multiple times (the last time on lightening deal) and have never had any doubt over the legitimacy.

It's not the genuine perfume, the smell doesn't last and seems like it miss a top note?
I had this brand of perfume for years, but this is waste.

Not all sellers on Amazon sell fake products!  I bought this last year for my daughter and it was the genuine product. What a lot of people who gave answers fail to remember that there are a number of different sellers selling same products on Amazon. So before you make your purchase, not only research the product but more importantly you should research the seller because there are a lot out there selling fake products which explains to why some may buy the genuine and others end up with the fake of the same product from Amazon.

Does this item have a lid, and Paul Smith box, or is it a tester,as It's for a present

I also brought this item as a present. I spoke to my mum (who I brought the present for) and she told me that it is a full size bottle, with a lid and it also comes in a floral draw string pouch. When it arrived, it came in a Paul Smith box which was sealed. I have not used this product before but my mum loves the perfume.

This perfume appears to be fake!! Not a strong long lasting scent as previous purchases of the same perfume. Also no rose pouch .
