Hi Ian Lift Chews have 3 year shelf life and Lift Juice is 2 years from date of manufacture. Obviously this would vary from when the Customer buys the product but typically we would expect the best before/use by date not to be less than 12 months Hope this helps

No they haven’t got strawberry in. They are a clear liquid with a taste of Berries. Quite nice . But no strawberries.
