after you wear them do you have to throw them away

I couldn't wear them at all so personally yes, but you are supposed to be able to reuse them as they mold to your tooth shape.

Can someone please tell me how to apply them because I lost the instructions

Put the beads in a ceramic cup of boiling water for about a minute till they go clear. Take them out with a metal spoon and mould it in your fingers. I found I needed about a quarter of the stuff per fang. Squash a ball of the stuff into a fang and push it onto your tooth. Hold it there for about 30 seconds then take it off and leave it to harden for 10 minutes or so. You can trim off any excess when it's hard. If you don't get it right then just put the moulding stuff back in boiling water and start again. It took me 3 goes. The main thing I think is being quick as it starts to harden as soon as you get it out of the water.

does this product include the fangs with it?

Yes, the fangs come in the pack with the adhesive and instructions

what are the teeth made of? if I purchased them and they were too big would it be possible for me to file them down?

Some kind of plastic, don't think they could be filed. They did not work for me at all, didn't mould right and kept falling off. I'd stick with the old style fangs
