As reliable as you can get for this size and price point. Real smooth, use it for mainly FPS games but it’s good all around. If you want a mousepad that covers the whole desk you really can’t go wrong with this.

The SteelSeries QcK is popular for a reason. It is a simple, no nonsense mouse pad that does exactly what it needs to do. The cloth surface feels smooth and consistent, making it great for both casual gaming and competitive play. The size is a good balance, giving enough room for lower sensitivity movements without taking over your entire desk. The rubber base keeps it firmly in place, and the overall build quality feels much better than the cheaper alternatives. After years of being used by gamers, it is easy to see why the QcK has become a bit of a standard. There are mouse pads with more features or fancier designs, but for reliable performance and value, this is hard to beat. A great choice if you just want a quality mouse pad that does its job.

Awesome mouse pad There are a few rgb mouse pads now on the market but I’ve had two of these over the years now and have loved owning it both times. The size of the pad is great it fits a full size keyboard and still leaves plenty of space for your mouse. The material itself is really nice and your mouse will glide across smoothly. It also has a nice padded base that grips the desk well and is comfortable on your wrist on long uses. To clean can be a bit of a sod because of the sticking round the edge for the lighting effects and the fact if you don’t dry it flat it will warp slightly, if it does soak it again and leave kt a few days to dry again, sorted my one back out when it did this. The steel series control software is also easy to use and has great colour choice. The colours themselves come through strong and bright and the split or rainbow modes look great in the dark.

This was the first mouse pad I had ever bought and so far I am extremely satisfied with it. I had never seen the real appeal of a mouse pad. Now I can't use my mouse without it. Using a mouse on an "abrasive" surface such as a table does not feel that nice and does damage the mouse (as I found out). Pros and Cons: Pros: Surface: The surface of this mouse pad is extremely nice. It has a very soft texture, which may not be to everyone's liking, but it suited me fine. The underside of the mouse pad stuck to the table well and I had no problems with the mouse pad moving during use. Thin-ness: Unlike other mouse pads this one is very thin making it easy to transport. Cons: Size: This is a "mini" mouse pad so the size is quite small. I had no problems playing on it, but I do play on a higher sensitivity. If you do play with a lower mouse sensitivity this mat may not be for you. ================================================================================================================ Bottom line: This is an extremely good mouse pad in terms of quality. If you travel a lot or need mouse pad you can use on the go, I would definitely recommend this to you. If you are a desktop PC user I would look for bigger mouse pad that is less portable. If you play on a lower sensitivity then I cannot recommend this to you as it is too small. All in all this is a great mouse pad for laptop users. The SteelSeries QcK XXL has been a fantastic addition to my gaming setup. The oversized surface provides more than enough room for both my keyboard and mouse, giving my desk a clean and unified look while allowing unrestricted mouse movement during gaming sessions. It was between the SteelSeries QcK Prism cloth and cheaper XL alternatives. In the end I opted for the SS QcK Prism XL as after watching unboxing videos I saw the material was slightly different than even the other SteelSeries alternatives. It is thicker and smoother than their regular XL cloth and it is less smooth than their hard cloth. It is also thinner than their heavy duty alternative. So it actually was the perfect material that I was looking for in terms of smoothness. I didn't want something that was too cloth-like in feeling. I wanted a very smooth polyester feeling but not something that was too slippery like a hardcover material. The RGB lighting has a great range and in the SteelSeries software which I already use for their mouse and headset it was immediately recognised. You can either have them all go to the same colour scheme or you can customise it individually. It has two independent zones (top and bottom) and the light is of course brightest on the left side of the mousepad where the RGB lighting is situated but even during day time the colours reach the other end of the mousepad which is impressive. You can fully change the colour scheme and there are many possibilities here you can also change the general brightness level of the pad as well. This was especially great as the pad has an insanely good max brightness level. I was really surprised! In my pictures you can see the brightness level with it about halfway, I turned it down as I didn't want it to distract my eyes from the action going on my monitor in games. But you can find the perfect sweet spot that suits yourself by adjusting the brightness level in the SteelSeries software. In terms of the surface it has held up really well these past few months of constant use and cleaning it is quite easy you just need a slightly damp cleaning cloth - ideally a microfiber cloth that does not leave cloth residue after going over it with a damp one you can use a dry one. In terms of dust collection I notice my desk seems to collect more dust than the cloth, don't ask me how that works, but in any case cleaning it once per month was fine for where I live. If you live in an area with more dust in the air you might find you need to clean it more often. The cloth works well with my mouse and I noticed an immediate difference versus using the mouse on the table surface. I never get any tracking errors while using the mousepad and I would definitely recommend going XL as then you no longer have to fight the position of the mousepad when adjsuting your keyboard position. I use a different position of my mouse and keyboard for different games. Apex Legends - Call of Duty I put my keyboard at an angle and use the mouse quite close to the keyboard while strategy games like League - Minion Masters - StarCraft 2 I use the mouse further away from the keyboard and the keyboard straight. This is where the XL comes in handy as I just have so much room to move my mouse and keyboard around on the pad without ever having to move the pad itself. I have a very smooth table surface and the pad stays in its position. Though overtime I do notice it moves ever so slightly each day and I just have to re-position the entire pad a few times a month. A word of warning, you will probably need to get used to the pad the first week, as the RGB is wrapped in a plastic sewing for durability. But once you find the sweet spot in terms of how you want the pad to be positioned on your table (in my sitting position and on my table I found it best to have the pad overhanging the edge of the table). But in any case once you find that sweet spot the RGB sewing won't bother you anymore. Additionally just from daily use the sewing flattens down with the pad a bit so it gets more comfortable with usage.

Does exactly what it says on the tin, is comfortable, mouse glides, and is cheap.

Yes it's pricey but as an older gamer the thickness is great at stopping my wrist and side of my palm hurting. The mouse glides as smooth as butter and works perfectly with my optical gaming mouse. By the way it is a little stinky straight out of the box so I stuck it outside for half an hour and it soon cured the problem. It flattens out easily too just roll it in the opposite direction.

Want hier glijdt de muis heel easy & smooth over. Maakte hem iedere week even met een nat doekje en wat allesreiniger schoon, zodat de muis weer nice & smooth kon glijden. Ruim een jaar geleden deze muismat gekocht, nu tijd voor om hem te gaan vervangen dus weer dezelfde besteld.

Mein Sohn hatte bereits eine SteelSeries Tastatur und wollte ein größeres Mauspad. In der Hoffnung, die Beleuchtung von Tastatur und Mauspad über dieselbe Software steuern zu können (ja, das funktioniert einwandfrei), habe ich ein Mauspad von SteelSeries bestellt. Mein Sohn hat einen Regenbogen-Farbverlauf eingestellt, der sich über die Tastatur weiter nach rechts auf das Mauspad fortsetzt. Sieht richtig toll aus. Die Größe des Pads ist genau richtig, die Maus gleitet gut.
