I purchased this item but 2 of the 3 bottles arrived broken with hot sauce all over the inside packaging. How do I get a replacement?

This recently happened to me. My first order had one bottle's cap broken, and it leaked in the box. I knew immediately something could be wrong when I picked up the box and heard the bottles rattling around inside. Since this is an X-Max present I ordered another three bottles and this time the shipment was to be delivered today, but the order was cancelled because it was damaged in transit. AMAZON, IT'S VERY FRUSTRATING HOW YOU FAIL TO PACKAGE GLASS BOTTLES WELL, ESPECIALLY THIS THREE-BOTTLE-HOT-SAUCE-PACKAGE. TELL YOUR WAREHOUSE PACKAGERS TO BE ESPECIALLY CAREFUL PACKING THIS PRODUCT - IT'S BECOMING A MONEY LOSER FOR YOU AND A SOURCE OF FRUSTRATION FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!

What's the Scoville rating. How does the heat compare to tabasco sauce?

Habanero and Tabasco sauces are very different. I rarely consider the scoville/heat ratings but focus on the flavor. This particular habanero has good habanero flavor while (my opinion only - I like heat) is not very “hot.” Good flavor which is why I like it and use it on so much of my food.

Is this perishable once opened?

Technically it is supposed to be refrigerated once opened because the food police say so, BUT I leave mine out all the time and have never had an issue. I've consumed 10 -12 bottles over the past couple of years and they have all been left out once opened.

The best hot sauce on the planet

There's an online vendor who sells only hot sauce. He sells probably 100 varieties or more from all over the world. For that guy, and for me, the best hot sauce we know is this hot sauce. Marie Sharp is on the table of every restaurant in Belize the way we have Heinz ketchup on our tables and Costa Rica has lizano. For me this is the perfect amount of heat and it's just bursting with flavor. It's not about the heat, for me, it's about the flavor. It is so versatile, I'll put it in almost every variety of food from Thai to Chinese to Italian to Mexican to Indian. It's that universally spectacularly wonderful.

Flavor profile is spot-on, it's also pretty hot but not too hot, so it's perfect.

I really enjoy a Hot hot sauce but that usually comes at the cost of flavor, no so with this one, it's incredibly complex with nuances of citrus and fruit that is more puree' than your run-of-the-mill vinegar laden sauces that have little flavor or 'Hot' to offer.

Great Everyday Hot Sauce

I love hot sauce. I love watching "Hot Ones" and have tried some of their brands, which are awesome. I just like to pay less/ get more, so I found this awesome pack of 4 and have been enjoying it ever since. I also got some other 'packs' of sauce on here, and they all have been great, with different yummy tastes, and all hot enough, but not too hot. This one is smooth and flavorful. Great to use on anything requiring a little hot yum.

The best flavor hot sauce we have ever tasted. Tried and true in Belize and we brought it home to enjoy and now we can’t get enough! Also a great gift for the spicy lover. Heat is a little below hot.
