Is it permanent? What if I want to remove it later

its sef adhesive , so pretty easy to remove , I put some self tappers into hold in place , si these were very easy to remove.

Hi this ez lip is it strong enough rubber were you cannot rip it with your hands as I've seen some cheap and nasty lips for front bumper's thanks

If you try you can rip it but there's a lot of elasticity. It's designed to deform under load and return back to its original shape. A more rigid material would permanently deform or shatter. Mine's took more than a few scuffs and bangs and it's still perfect.
