What are the internal measurements of the cork board i.e. . the cork itself not including the wooden surround?

Mine measures at about 56cm * 86cm (exact measurements were 56.3 * 86.4)

I have painted a number of bi-office cork boards with good thick wall paint - it works perfectly - on the frame and the cork.

Whats the easiest way to hang this on the wall

carefully! the back is cheap and falls out, the frames are very thin cheap wood that splits easily.

Would I be able to stick/glue on paper or is it just pinning? and do you recommend this as a vision board?

Hi they peel off the strips they are supplied on and the can be stuck to any thing.I use them to stick photo's to display boards.
