Full blade or skip tooth 33/4 for a cockerpoo with shaggy curly hair that has a strong tendency to matt? Ideally want a natural look. Advice please!

The skiptooth blade will get into a thick coat more easily than the full tooth, so this would be my suggestion. David Noakes, Diamond Edge Ltd.

which size blade/cover would be good for cutting a golden doodle? His owner likes to leave his coat quite long, but he has some sheep-like matting

An Andis 3 & 3/4 FC blade leaves the hair 13mm long. I would also suggest you buy Andis Cool Care spray as this is a very good coolant and disinfectant for the blades.

Will this be ok for my shihtzu only I want it about3/4"

The 4FC blade has a length of about 9mm. If you want to leave the coat 3/4" long, I would suggest either the 3 3/4FC (13mm), or the 5/8HT blades which will leave the coat closer to this length. David Noakes, Diamond Edge Ltd.

Does this blade fit heighinger clippers?

Yes, it does. We have Heiniger clippers in our salon and we use Andis 7FC blades with them.
