Yes these are a little more expensive than id usually pay for multivitamins but there's a few reasons why. I'm coeliac and with that comes a range of health issues, most of those come with not being able to absorb vitamins. If I buy the single table multivitamins then there's not enough of each vitamin ij there to be useful, however with this and it's three blister packs I'm able to get all I need, very comprehensive cover, the ingredients are safe for me. As with all vitamins the taste isnt great, but I'd rather that knowing they're not covered in sugar.

I had a good experience with these Wellman Max capsules. Within under a month, I noticed that I felt more energized and generally better during the day. That said, this is not a magic fix or a replacement for taking care of yourself. I still think you need to drink enough water, eat properly, and keep a decent routine to get the best out of it. But as part of a better overall routine, this worked well for me. I’m happy with the results and would purchase again.
