I have to say that upon receiving this item I was surprised by the physical weight of the package. Upon opening the box it was extremely well packaged against damage, once out of the protective card packaging, the reason for the weight become obvious.This clamp isn't a cheap plastic clamp, it's made of metal and looks to be well engineered, of course there are a couple of plastic parts but nothing that, should they break, will have any effect on the clamping mechanism.While I haven't used this "out in the wild" as yet, a few test clamping it to a selection of things aroung the home, it works as it should.Am I happy with it? - YesWould I buy another? - Yes if the need arisesWould I recommend it? - If you need a versatile clamp, then it's three yes's from me.

So good i got another! Really well made and actually a lot heavier than i expected. This thing wont break if you put a sledge hammer to it! Would highly recommend.

I bought one of these a while back for mounting a camera to a pole to record a show and with the added bonus of being able to attach it to my bike occasionally.It works wonderfully, the clamp is secure and the mount for your camera holds securely. I am almost constantly using it as it is so versatile and its amazing what you can find yourself attaching it to.I have found it incredibly useful for holding small video light panels in obscure places and have even used it to mount a Zoom (H4n) recorder on a lighting bar during a show I was working on.I have attached it to my bike and, with the right adaptors, it supports a go pro with ease. Have not had it fall of once despite trying slightly bulkier cameras with it.The only issue I have found with this product is I have a tendency to over tighten it resulting in snapping the handle on the clamp mechanism. A bit of strong glue though and it goes right back on and not had any problems since.Really pleased with the purchase and can recommend this to anybody looking for a way to mount a camera to the edge of a surface or a pole/bar of some description.I think I am even going to buy a few more in the near future.

I really love this smallrig clamps. I use them for all sorts. They’re tiny, strong, durable, reliable, stable, and really easy to use. I’ve used mine for mounting MIDI controllers as part of a live music setup, mounting cameras to lighting truss for filming gigs, and getting microphones mounted to desks/pianos, etc. I’ve got three so far and will probably be buying more!

I rarely leave reviews but this is genuinely a brill bit of kit! The clamp fits onto anything the width of a door frame or lower and is solid! I play in a band and use this to record gigs from my phone. You need the additional bits that holds the phone as the accessory it comes with is for GoPros, so invest a tenner in a phone holder and screw this on here. Also goes completely limp until you tighten it, then it completely locks into place. Awesome!

Cela fait plusieurs mois que j'utilise ce système de fixation pour un caméra de surveillance de la faune. Le tout est dehors, subissant les aléas climatiques. Rien n'a bougé. Rien n'a rouillé. Un très bon produit malgré des conditions météorologiques contrastées. Parfait pour ce que j'en fais.

Ottimo materiale, fissaggio in mensola perfetto ,tiene bene e non rovina il supporto, regge il peso e non si sposta provato anche con mini proiettore che non si è mosso di un mm. Sono soddisfatto.
