Amazon Basics 14-Piece Knife Set with Block, Black

Arrived on time and suitably packaged. These are great for the price and you get a lot and a block for storage. They are quality enough to do the job. Bought for visitors to use in house share, HMO, AirBB; the 14 piece gets you extra small knives. They say they are not dishwasher suitable but we put them in about once a week. We will see what happens. They are very sharp. The handle is not as good in the hand as more expensive knives. I use quality tools but these are for others to use. I should have bought them years ago.

We’re really pleased with our new knife block! Having used it for a few weeks now we’re still just as impressed as the day it arrived. They cut & wash well! We’ve also got every type of knife we could ever need at an amazing price. Durability is maybe slightly questionable they’re Amazon “Basics” after all but I recommend to anyone on a budget!

Lovely item and it suits the kitchen. All items nice and sharp (cannot abide dull knives when cooking) and having a knife sharpener is handy. However, what I don't understand is that on the box it says 13 piece set, but after counting some three different times it is a 12 piece set.

I was needing a new set of kitchen knives because I love a bit of cooking and my old ones were getting a bit shabby. So I did a search on amazon and came across these ones and having a great experience with Amazon products in the past I settled for these bad boys. Straight out the box these knives are sharp and well balanced, great value for money in my opinion. I’ve no idea how other reviewers have managed to get stainless steel to rust but maybe theirs are different to mine. The bread knife included is excellent and the chef’s knife is great too, there is also about six steak knives which have come in handy also, you’ll also be able to keep them nice and sharp too as they come with a handy knife sharpener. All in all a great set, keep up the good work Amazon.

These knives are good. I deliberately left it a while before I did my review. They are sturdy and strong. Still just like new. They look the part in the kitchen and are comfortable to handle and use. There is no evidence of any wear or tear and the handles are still looking brand new !

Excellent knife set. Versatile and very well made. Full tang, very well balanced blade. Sharp. Cuts better than many, much more expensive knives.

eally happy with this knife set. It has everything I need for daily cooking, from chopping veggies to slicing meat. The knives came sharp right out of the box and the included sharpener is a nice bonus to keep them that way. They feel solid in hand without being too heavy, and the handles are comfortable even when prepping a lot of food. The block also looks clean on the counter and keeps everything organized. For the price, this set is a great deal. It makes cooking at home a lot easier and more enjoyable.
