Igennus Super B-Complex High Absorption Methylated B Vitamins, 60 Tablets

I’ve been taking the Igennus Super B-Complex for a few weeks, and I’m thoroughly impressed. The sustained-release formula makes a noticeable difference—I get steady energy throughout the day without any sudden crashes or jitteriness. Taking two small tablets daily with food fits easily into my routine, and having a full 180-tablet bottle means a single container lasts 90 days. Highly recommend if you are looking for a comprehensive, high-potency B-complex.

I don't take these every day, but these are great to have on hand on the busier days.

The pills are a nice size and easy to swallow. It's too early to give feed back on the effects they have on my health. I'm pleased with this purchase.

I bought this a few years ago and promised myself not to be without it because I realised what a difference it made to my energy and mood. Having ended up on ssris at one point but of course I did lapse with it in the end. Now 3 years later I’ve noticed signs of neuropathy (I’ve just turned 40 this year and I’m female, with neuropathy in the family due to an inherited condition impacting various bones and alignment, therefore impacting nerves) since going through a lot of stress since last December I started to notice numbness, pain and tingling in my feet. Now I have a constant tightness in my thigh and have been having a creepy crawly feeling under my skin, as well as burning and other pains. I have been loosely taking another supplement with b vitamins, not very consistently but then I remembered this product. I also decided to go swimming as regularly as possible as the effect it has on the blood vessels would help with the neuropathy also. Since taking these and swimming I barely have any symptoms, just the tightness in my thigh. My energy is great as well as my mood being consistent. I really think it helped me recover quickly from partying at a big wedding celebration on the weekend too. I love that you get all the b vitamins in one pill and in a highly absorbable form. I will never be without this now!

Love this product. Methylated vitamins, plus some B1 for memory. Great as part of my sports, energy and neutropic stack. I also like their B12 complex product, which use sublingal for by passing absorption issues.

Have only been using these for a few weeks, so cannot leave a thorough review, but will update soon. First impressions- smell foul, taste foul, but when taken with some fresh orange you don’t notice it as much. Easy to swallow. Not noticed any positive side effects yet, but it’s early days. I’m also iron deficient so might not benefit properly until this is resolved. Initially, I noticed irritability and anxiety during the night. I read that this is because some B vitamins are stimulating, so I stopped taking them on an evening and changed to a morning, and this has helped. Also taking vitamin D and ferrous fumarate. Will update once the iron deficiency is resolved so any true benefits can be noticed.

Les dosages peuvent sembler élevés, mais il faut savoir que les Apports Journaliers Recommandés sont fixés arbitrairement (raison pour laquelle ils varient beaucoup d'un pays à l'autre) et largement sous-estimés. De plus, avec la vie moderne, la pollution, l'alimentation carencée, nos besoins augmentent. Pour les personnes en mauvaise santé, tout ceci est encore plus vrai ! J'apprécie que ce produit propose l'ensemble du spectre des vitamines du groupe B sans ajout de minéraux (comme dans de nombreux suppléments vitaminiques du marché), dont certains peuvent être problématiques, voire nuisibles par leur côté oxydant. La forme méthylée est ce qui se fait de mieux pour une absorption optimale au vu des connaissances actuelles. Enfin, je lis dans les commentaires quelques plaintes relevant des effets secondaires. Cependant, il faut savoir qu'une telle cure, en relançant certains processus physiologiques stoppés par des carences, peut provoquer des symptômes de détoxification négatifs. Le mieux dans ce cas est d'y aller prudemment en réduisant les doses, voire en faisant des pauses. Chacun doit bien évidemment écouter son corps et, si nécessaire demander l'avis d'un professionnel de santé.

Good value, from a brand I trust. Activated/ methylated b vitamins.well balanced, strong without being ridiculously so.small tablet, easily swallowed. Feel better on them. Only improvement I can suggest is to make the B1, the thiamine the fat soluble version called benfotiamine. Perhaps that would have pushed the price up to much though ? Anyway the rest is perfect. I particularly like that tablet is the time release version for all day energy. Haven't come across anyone else doing that.

Been taking this daily for a while and noticed a more consistent energy level through the day, less of the usual afternoon dip. Sustained release seems to actually make a difference compared to regular B complex I've tried before. No jitters or nausea taking it with food. Would repurchase.

I take 1 in the morning and the second around 2pm. I feel great! I have energy and I actually go to bed at a decent time

Se puede decir que son lo que dicen ser. El olor fuerte que tanto mencionan en algunos comentarios es totalmente normal en los comprimidos del complejo de vitamina B; así han olido desde siempre, tal como lo vi en mis años trabajando como auxiliar de farmacia. No es un olor desagradable, y tampoco lo es el sabor. Son pequeñas, fáciles de tomar y, de momento, ya notamos menos cansancio aunque no hay que esperar un efecto milagro.
