I don't take these every day, but these are great to have on hand on the busier days.

Love this product. Methylated vitamins, plus some B1 for memory. Great as part of my sports, energy and neutropic stack. I also like their B12 complex product, which use sublingal for by passing absorption issues.

The pills are a nice size and easy to swallow. It's too early to give feed back on the effects they have on my health. I'm pleased with this purchase.

I originally discovered the great powers of B Vitamins whilst trying to find natural remedies for female hormone balance.I wanted something to put my monthly cycles back on track and to help with the "Luteal Phase Defect" that I have been suffering. Basically a problem that affects all your mothly timimgs etc and mine were a little messed upFast forward B vitamins especially Vitamin B6 and B12 were tipped as a great way to get your hormones all in balance and then can make all these crazy weird things we experience as women better. This also has a big impact on fertility for those who are reproducing. Also if your hormones are in balance it does help reduce risks of certain hormone related illnesses and diseases.I also found B Vitamins are fantastic for a whole host of health beneifts a quick google will show you that.I started on a high street brand as I did not do enough research and although they helped a little I realised that certain synthetic form of B Vitamins can cause more trouble than theyre worth.This brand as I really really researched lots of B Vitamins has the BEST forms of the vitamins that actually benefit your health so I stopped taking the others and ordered these.Immediately I felt lots more energy and take only one a day just to make them last a little longer really, you can take two if you prefer but I have found great benefits with just one a day. I take mine in the morning.My results-Skin has really cleared up I had the odd adult spot which I have no more, I put this down to the Biotin.Monthly cycle absolutely bang on, and everything in that department much easier to handle which to me is pretty amazing.Energy wise do not feel energy dips and feel like I can fit a lot more in to my day which is a bonus.Pain... I read that B Vitaims can assist with your pain threshold, well my period pain is a lot less and I suffer from knee pain which feels a lot more under control too.I could go on about these but in a nutshell whoever made this formulation actually thought about it and made sure they were the best froms of the vitamins possible and made sure that the ratios of each element are all balanced correctly to give you the greatest benefit.The tablets are also really small, smooth and very easy to take. They also don't stink like so many other B Vitamins.Very happy... if you use B Vitamins these are the best I have found.

Haven't been taking it long enough to notice any effect

This is an excellent methylated B complex. I have absorption issues, and blood tests show it is effective for me and I feel the difference when I take it. Have used this for years and its consistently good. I do find the colour of the tablets darkens a bit once you're getting towards the end of a tub, but this does not affect performance. Recommended.

De plus, avec la vie moderne, la pollution, l'alimentation carencée, nos besoins augmentent. Pour les personnes en mauvaise santé, tout ceci est encore plus vrai !J'apprécie que ce produit propose l'ensemble du spectre des vitamines du groupe B sans ajout de minéraux (comme dans de nombreux suppléments vitaminiques du marché), dont certains peuvent être problématiques, voire nuisibles par leur côté oxydant.La forme méthylée est ce qui se fait de mieux pour une absorption optimale au vu des connaissances actuelles. Enfin, je lis dans les commentaires quelques plaintes relevant des effets secondaires. Cependant, il faut savoir qu'une telle cure, en relançant certains processus physiologiques stoppés par des carences, peut provoquer des symptômes de détoxification négatifs. Le mieux dans ce cas est d'y aller prudemment en réduisant les doses, voire en faisant des pauses. Chacun doit bien évidemment écouter son corps et, si nécessaire demander l'avis d'un professionnel de santé.

Good value, from a brand I trust. Activated/ methylated b vitamins.well balanced, strong without being ridiculously so.small tablet, easily swallowed. Feel better on them. Only improvement I can suggest is to make the B1, the thiamine the fat soluble version called benfotiamine. Perhaps that would have pushed the price up to much though ? Anyway the rest is perfect. I particularly like that tablet is the time release version for all day energy. Haven't come across anyone else doing that.

Been taking this daily for a while and noticed a more consistent energy level through the day, less of the usual afternoon dip. Sustained release seems to actually make a difference compared to regular B complex I've tried before. No jitters or nausea taking it with food. Would repurchase.
