So happy to have discovered this here after reading about trace heavy metals in salt and seeing this brand as one of the safest quality. The large box should last a long time, so good value for an American product. The granules are fine enough for salt shakers and it’s very white and pure looking. After reading more about where it comes from I was convinced to change from the brands of fine sea salt that I have always used in the past, knowing that it has been safety tested with excellent results.

I like the consistency of this salt, however I find that I need to use more of it as it's not as salty as regular sea salt.

We could pretend that it has changed the way we taste our food, well not the way but the actual flavour......Nope not done that. But the whole experience of buying this salt, arrived in the carton that does need to be contained in a sealed bag to avoid moisture building up, is all part of the "salt experience". No additives or anti caking agents, just pop a dried pea or 3 in your salt shaker to help it from not caking into lumps due to moisture, and all is good. Yes., it is flavoursome when added to prepared dishes.......it is salt after all..! Being pure 100% salt I use this also for saline rinses that I have done for years, mixed with bicarbonate of soda. Being pure salt it is very much recommended for that use. You can't use salt that has additives within in for that purpose. Decent enough price, just protect it from extra moisture by placing the carton within a sealed bag. Recommended.

Great value - the box is huge! Kosher salt is used in so many recipes online but I've never seen it in the shops in the UK. People suggest using sea salt as an alternative, but now I've got this I can see they are clearly not the same thing.

It’s cristal white , not as salty as regular store salt , I have a pinch of it in my water to add all minerals without heavy metals, it’s bit expensive I agree but worth every penny

Box fully intact no scuffs or scrapes not even one grain of salt was out of place. Cost $19.99 cad And a 2 week wait. Well worth it from where I'm sitting. I eat 14 g a day because Dr. Paul saladio does And he aint dead Nor does he have any health issues. Contains no minerals so make sure you get those And stay away from Celtic sea salt because it's full of heavy metals and Micro plastics.
