**Good B vitamin formula without excessive B6** I find these to be good value and, importantly for me, they provide good levels of the B vitamins I want without an excessive amount of vitamin B6. One problem I’ve noticed with many B-complex supplements is that they contain extremely high amounts of B6. While vitamin B6 is essential, I prefer not to take unnecessarily high doses over the long term, particularly as I also get B6 naturally from my diet. Excessive B6 intake over time has been associated with nerve-related symptoms such as tingling, numbness and problems with coordination. **Pros** * **Good tablet size:** They are a comfortable size for me and easy to swallow. * **Good for energy:** B vitamins play an important role in normal energy metabolism, so I prefer taking them in the morning or around lunchtime. * **Supports normal brain function:** B vitamins are important for normal psychological and nervous system function. * **No unpleasant smell:** I noticed very little, if any, smell from these tablets. * **Sensible level of B6:** This is one of the main reasons I chose this formula. Some B-complex supplements contain several hundred percent of the daily reference value for B6, which I personally prefer to avoid for long-term use. **Cons** * **Not the cheapest**, although I’m happy to pay a little more for Solgar. It is a brand I recognise and trust, which gives me more confidence than some of the lesser-known manufacturers. **Overall** I like the combination of B vitamin levels and the more sensible amount of B6. For me, it offers a good balance between dosage, quality and price from a brand I trust.

Theses are excellent quality as always from Solgar and value for money. They have no smell and are a good size to swallow easily, I would recommend these as they are from a well known brand that use only the best ingredients.

I have to admit that the glass bottle looks better than the plastic one. It's a capsule vitamin and easy to swallow.

I have found these to be quite helpful and will repurchase again, the bottle is great clear instructions and they have helped both myself and husband, will definitely keep buying these.

Took these thinking they’d just make my pee glow like a hi-vis jacket, but they actually gave me a decent lift. Proper little energy nudge without the crash, and my brain feels less like it’s running Windows XP. Strong stuff, no nonsense, and does exactly what a B-complex should.
