main ingredient is psyllium husks with five strains of probiotic. the digestive enzymes are (protease betaine HCL, ginger root, papain, peppermint leaf, fennel seed, bromelain.Protexin are the people who make all this check out their web address I have been using their probiotics mainly for traveling since 1997. Lepicol is great stuff
