Adding this to my neti pot water makes it more soothing. Seems to make the neti pot more efficient for sinus comfort. I feel comfortable with the safe ingredients.

This rinse is very helpful to me. I have allergies and constantly get sinus infections. This really helps to keep that at bay. I use it in conjunction with my sinus rinse powder. There are no issues with side effects and it doesn’t leave any lingering after taste. It’s a good price. Also there aren’t a bunch of ingredients you don’t know or can pronounce.

This neti wash is a soothing and gentle addition to my daily neti rinising routine. I have heard much about xylitol and its multiple benefits, particularly for warding off bacteria that produce colds. I found that this really enhanced my sinus cleansing regimen, and suspect it may have stopped my cold from blowing out of control in need of antibiotics. The reason I give it four stars instead of five, is because I cannot be positive it was due to this product that my cold seemed shorter than usual, since I was trying a new saline solution, and saline spray at the same time I tried this. But, it is worth getting, it my overall opinion, especially during the flu season.

I was skeptical about if this would be worth the money or not to add to my netipot routine and it’s has proven to be SO worth it! In the past I’ve added a drop or two of GSE on my own to my pot when sinus infections start up but it does burn sometimes. When I ordered this my regular netipot solution and sleeping propped up was barely helping. I was waking up raspy and miserable. Adding this and using it before bed (and occasionally in the morning) not only does it make me feel INSTANTLY so much better after use but it keeps any congestion I do have from becoming bloody due to dryness and irritation (even though we use humidifiers). I will be ordering more when I start to get low (so far it seems like it’s going to last awhile! I use half a dropper per pot).

LIKES I've used other nasal wash oils and I like this one the most. It feels mild, but effective, when I use it as opposed to other oils that sting a bit from the ingredients. I don't feel hesitant to do a wash a couple of times a day now because I liked the mild feeling and my sinuses felt nice and moisturized after the rinse. DISLIKES There is nothing I dislike about this product. RECOMMENDED TO OTHERS Will definitely buy again and have recommended it already to others. USE I use it in the winter to combat the cold climate I live in. Making a daily batch in the morning with the Himalayan Chandra Neti Wash Plus in sterile warm water with the salts is easy so I can do an am and pm rinse.

Makes the nose rinsing process better since the salt won't burn your nostril as much as before plus when you blow your nose you will smell a nice aroma from this oil, will definitely buy more once I finish this bottle
