No, I don't think so. They fit flush to my face, so don't think they can accommodate glasses.

Can these glasses be worn safely while driving at night time?

I would not recommend this type of usage using these glasses. No. The quality of the plastic is not good enough and slightly distorting, which you do not want when driving.
