No, I don't think so. They fit flush to my face, so don't think they can accommodate glasses.

Can these glasses be worn safely while driving at night time?

I would not recommend this type of usage using these glasses. No. The quality of the plastic is not good enough and slightly distorting, which you do not want when driving.

They block out 98% of blue light. They're often compared to the more expensive Gunnar Glasses, which have higher quality optics and look less ridiculous, but which only block out 65% of blue light.
