Does this work on 72% rayon viscose 22% nylon

I used it on linen, but didn’t use the whole amount and got a really good colour (linen is really absorbent). So, I’m guessing that if you used the whole amount that you would still get a solid colour. I did mine in the washing machine as there’s more chance of getting it even. The instructions say not recommended for synthetic fibres, but it’s up to you - when things go horribly wrong I tie-dye them as it covers a multitude of colour sins

I need to dye two bath towels plus two hand towels will I get good results with just one bottle of Rit? I am worried about patchy results. Any tips?

I'd use two. I did a similar number of towels and got a good strong colour with two. In terms of weight that's what they recommend.

Can you use this for a pair of jeans? My lovely ones have faded so wanted to try and refresh them. Thanks in advance!

I used it for s silk/linen skirt and jacket and happy with results. Sorry I can't comment on jean material.
