L'Oreal Quick Blue Powder Bleach 1 Lb

This lightener is well worth it's price. I used it with a cheap peroxide and it mixed easily with any lumps disappearing quickly. Application was relatively easy and it was a speedy change from dark ash blonde (level 6/7) to a desired ultra light blonde (level 10/11ish) with the blue colour of the powder helping the process. Also the mixture didn't sting! The only negative with this product was the way it swelled. I thought my lightening mixture had a more viscous consistency however through the timing process I became worried that certain areas of my head were not covered enough, I felt I had to move the product to darker areas that were developing slowly. Overall fantastic blonde result!

It was the first ever bleach I have bought to use it on myself, and I am extremely happy with it. I was so pleased with the results as of course I was very scared of ending up with a very brassy hair. It did what is says it does, very quick, no issues with burns or scalp temperature, no rashes or anything - just a fantastic result, from nearly brunet to blond in one go.

bleached my hair using this with a wella 9% 30vol from black which I only died about 3 months ago it lifted my hair 7 shades great didn't burn or anything just make sure you watch your hair at all times when doing this as it starts to get really hot!!

bought this product to fix a bad lightening job done by the so called hairdressers. I was able to light my dyed dark brown hair to a yellow which I then proceeded to tone with purple shampoo. This resulted in a nice ashy blonde. Totally recommend 👍🏼

Great product! The buyer who wrote a review saying it was plonked in a sandwich bag is untrue. She obviously hasn't bought powdered bleach before this is how it comes in a tub and in a plastic bag inside to stop moisture getting in. Best powdered bleach I've used! Not to harsh and not to brassy either. I recommended using Wella charm T18 toner after if you want an ash blonde shade.

Works good on your hair and doesn't leave it feeling to crappy afterwards as far as bleach goes, does the trick and goes a long way.

I am afro Caribbean and i got my hair nearly white by bleaching it twice with this. Nice product.

This worked great! ❤️ It was hard to find for some reason in India; but this is a genuine product - at a good price! Just be sure to protect your hair before bleaching, with coconut oil! Especially if raising multiple levels, dyeing multiple times. Thank you so much for this product!

Earlier this week I had a terrible experience with dark brown box dye. It was totally my own fault—I'd used an at-home gloss product a bit too recently, and I suspect the combination caused the unfortunate patchiness and discoloration. Imagine, if you will, deep ash brown hair with olive undertones and bright copper splotches (before going brown, my hair was dyed a light auburn). Seriously, it looked so awful I didn't want to leave the house. Thankfully, a stylist friend told me to do a bleach bath. It's probably worth noting that I've been coloring my own hair at home for 15 or so years (on and off), including bleaching it at home several times with drugstore box kits. Until this week I had never messed it up. I have a decent level of proficiency with bleaching and coloring my hair, so I felt fairly confidant I could pull off a bleach bath once my friend gave me instructions and product recommendations. So off I went! I purchased Quick Blue, L'Oreal 20 volume developer, and Neutrogena Anti-Residue shampoo. I did my first round yesterday. I let my hair get rather dirty, rinsed it and lightly towel-dried it, and the mixture of powder, developer, and shampoo to the lengths, leaving a bit of the mixture to put at the roots a few minutes later. I could tell the color was lifting quickly, and I only left it on for 20 minutes. This is more cost effective, less irritating in terms of both scent and itchiness, and, for me at least, produced far better results than a box system. My hair is now a perfectly even and acceptable coppery-blonde shade (not the straw-yellow color it typically turns when I've used a box bleach kit), which I'll be comfortable living and going out with until I can treat my hair again. I used a deep conditioning mask afterwards, and my hair feels perfectly fine. I plan to do one more bleach bath before making my next moves (going bright purple for a bit, and then transitioning back to my natural hair color for the winter). With Quick Blue in my arsenal in case of future mishaps, I feel much more confident about my hair's future.

I use this in combination with Clairol Professional Pure White Hair Developers to whiten my beard for the Christmas Santa season. Works perfectly!
