Spanish for Beginners: 1 (Language for Beginners Book)

I bought this book as a present for my niece. The book is very well layout with good size letters which makes an easy reading for anyone. Each page is illustrated with pictures pictures, cartoons and graphics.The content is the correct one for children or for some who wants to star Spanish.I highly recommend to anyone who wants to learn Spanish to start with this book.

Good quality product, good value, promptly delivered

Good for kids but not probably for adults

This book comes very highly recommended for teaching Spanish that you will find useful in everyday situations; the deatiled picture strips make understanding the language a lot easier, rather than just reading it by rote, as well as the helpful grammar rules. The cd included is excellent for assisiting with pronunciation, using very clear English and Spanish speakers who guide you through each section, allowing time to repeat the phrases back. I bought this book based on the reviews, and am hugely impressed!

Its a big help to learning

Is very good at showing you the structure of Spanish sentences, but will not teach you to speak Spanish without lessons to back it up.

Great book.I bought this for my 9 year old and he is very happy with it.Plenty of vocab and grammar and example of how to put sentences together to practise various combinations of answers and replies.Clearly set out.Colourful cartoon illustrations which kids love and it's fun to take turns reading the speech bubbles.A full glossary at the back so if you aren't sure which section a word came under it doesn't matter, you can find it easily in the glossary without having to flick through the whole book.Cost about £5 and worth it.I imagine lots of enjoyment and learning with this book.

As a complete beginner to Spanish, this is an invaluable aid. I'm doing an 11 week evening course and this is an excellent bonus for working at home. Thoroughly recommend it! Muy bien!!!

Its so satisfying book for all beginners. The glossary part is indeed a epilogue! Above all ans for puzzles are given at the end. There are also Pronunciation guide which made things easier. For the ones who feel like learning a new lang on phone will distract u from other notifications. This book material is awesome. ME ENCANTA!

My six year old has really gotten into learning Spanish in the past few months. He loves the comic book style of dialogue and the simple puzzles that challenge his knowledge of the language. The vocabulary and usage tips in the boxes help to fill out what he can learn from the book. I would recommend this book to anyone. In fact, I might get one for myself for Italian!
