RUB 'N Buff - Autumn Gold, VWARNB04

Absolutely love this product! Small amount goes so far so great value for money. I have this in a couple of different colors! Great quality and leaves a great finish.

fantastic colour, easy to apply , fantastic results

I bought this for a hanging hook which I didn't want to replace as it was already on the wall. It was a nice enough colour and matched my aged copper handles. It is easy enough to apply but does get on lots of things around it. I also used it for some hinges on a bathroom door. You can use a small brush or cloth to apply and then biff later. Seems to dry quickly. You get absolutely loads as you only need a very small amount so good value for money. 1 star deducted for the fact it does go onto the things around it if you have to apply to things you can't remove.

I've been using Rub'N Buff for a couple of years now and while this is the only colour I've tried Ive been very impressed with the coverage, texture and finish. A little goes a long way. My last tube did me a mirror frame,a globe base, several beads, a couple of necklaces and most of a decorative stag head. It doesn't give a super shiny polished metal finish but more of a metallic satin finish. If you want something with more tone and shine I'd recommend using Rub'N Buff as a base coat and then something like Gleam to pick out details. It dries to a completely touchable, non- sticky finish. It is not recommended to use any kind of sealant on Rub'n Buff but rather to let it dry untouched for a couple of days and it should seal itself. I can see some people are questioning the colour so I've included a link to a photo. As you can see 'Autumn Gold' is more of a rose gold or copper colour.[...]

Over the moon with this product.Wish I'd known about it years ago.Just the patina I needed for my 3D printing models, such as my Steampunk Style Toilet Roll Holder.Will definitely buy again.

Have used this product for renovating furniture and picture frames basically anything that needs a little touch of glamour adding to a base paint color

Saw a post on instagram that 'transformed' chrome hardware.In reality it doesn't adhere to metal/chrome and leaves a patchy, very metallic and cheap looking finish.Thankfully I tested it on an area that wont be seen.It is also the smallest tube 15 mlDon't waste your money...

Prodotto perfetto per rifiniture e non. Si stende facilmente con le dita e permette la creazione anche di piccole sfumature con un po di abilità. Non troppo indicato con i pennelli.

Tolle Farben von Rub n Buff - toller Metall-Effekt, ich hätte mir nur gewünscht die gesuchten Farben bei einem Anbieter kaufen zu können und nicht bei mehreren.Rub n Buff ist super ergiebig, mit tollen Metall-Effekt. Bin sehr zufrieden.Kann ich nur empfehlen.

I used the Autumn Gold. I put the before picture last to avoid any confusion by casual browsers. Rub ‘n Buff is fabulous-but be warned. A little goes a long way. Don’t get discouraged by how small the tube is.This is a concrete piece I bought unpainted. After a white acrylic base coat and using acrylics for the colors, Rub ‘n Buff was the perfect finish. It antiqued her perfectly and gave her a glow that the most influential makeup artist would envy. It picked up every brushstroke, so if you want an even finish, be mindful. I wanted her to look like something from an old carousel, and Rub ‘n Buff came through.Upon application, work fast. This stuff sets up quickly, and you may not be able to go back over and remove excess. I did a final wipe down to remove a little more, but nothing came off. Still pleased. So make sure you use a little at a time, work small-ish areas, finishing as you go.Definitely my new favorite antiquing/finishing product!
