Is this chuck compatible with Dremel 3000 Flexishaft and necessary to use tungsten carbide tipped drill bits of sizes up to 3.4mm?

I have a Dremmel 3000 and the flexishaft to and the chuck fits both. I no problem grinding stone with that size, I disable and when I am ok I have no problems on either. I hope this helps you, please don't be afraid to contact me if you need anymore help.

It will NOT fit any other make than Dremel. Dremel uses a different thread and diameter chuck from other generic drills.

Can i use small screwdriver bits in this if so is it advisable.
