The name says it all, it's truly premium
My family adores my almond cookies year around. I used to buy the paste in tubes at the market but once I tried this premium almond paste I never went back. This is far fresher with a deep almond flavor that can't be matched anywhere. It's delicious so be ready for lots of praise when you make your desserts with this almond paste. Yummmm

Gluten free
I was looking for a delicious almond paste to make cookies for my friend who cannot tolerate gluten. This almond paste was one of several that I looked at before buying, and the only one I found that was gluten free. It was delicious and baked well into almond flour cookies, giving them a rich almond flavoring. My friend was very appreciative! Even those of us who tolerate gluten loved the flavors and texture of this paste. I will definitely purchase it again in the future. It seemed expensive at first, but when I looked at almond paste in the supermarket, this was quite reasonable in comparison. Plus you get a good amount, so I can make these cookies again before my next purchase.

Delicious!
I am a marzipan/almond paste lover, and this product is exceptionally good. I used my recent purchase yesterday for the first time. I incorporated it into a stollen that I made, and it was easy to use and tasted wonderful in the baked loaves. i will buy again for use in other baking recipes. I think ti would make great bear claws! If you like marzipan/almond paste, you won't go wrong with this one!
