NRS Healthcare M03792 Home Helper Trolley - STANDARD (Eligible for VAT relief in the UK)

Has completely transformed my mums life. She is confident walking about her house with it. Much better than her zimmer/stick. She brings her dinner, cups of tea etc through to her chair safely. Also taking things from room to room like washing. So easy to make up and set to desired height. But Not for support when getting up from a chair.

This trolley has made life so much easier for me! My mobility is poor and I find the trolley very helpful for carrying items from room to room - just a cup of coffee from the kitchen to the sitting room or a heavy load of laundry from the bathroom to the washing machine! It was fairly easy to assemble, though I did struggle slightly to insert the metal legs into the rubber holders. It arrived with the casters already fitted to the legs. The trolley glides easily over carpets or hard flooring and is sturdy and well made. The procedure for reclaiming the VAT was straightforward and Amazon dealt with it promptly.

Got this for an elderly patient who liked it a lot. I find these expensive for the price but this one was one of the least expensive could find. It helps with moving and carrying at the same time. Its ideal for people with mobility problems as definitely helps to steady on feet as well as being able to put all you need on the 2 trays to push.

Nice and sturdy product

This simple but essential piece of mobility equipment has given Mumzie (85 years young, & 2 knees ops later) the ease to remain mobile at home, while giving her the confidence of independence to manage and attend to her day-to-day house and living needs unaided. This trolley has proved so good we purchased another - for use both upstairs & downstairs. Easy to keep clean and manouvre as wheels are on a 360 degree turnaround, Mumzie uses her trolleys to transport or eat her lunch, hot drinks, bulky laundrey, and heavy or fragile items she would otherwise find difficult or impossible to carry or transport around the home, when previously using a walking stick or her two-wheeled walking frame. The durable, easy to wipe clean plastic trays each have a lip edge surround to prevent items from slipping off or spilt liquid from dripping onto the floor (we cut rug underlay to fit each tray to create a firm grip mat base for an added secure hold of items), and can be detached from the strong trolley frame if need be. A strong but lightweight frame and compact rubber wheels make this trolley robust enough for Mumzie to use frequently outside either on the patio (slightly uneven paving stones) or driveway (tarmac) and garage and shed to transport her garden tools and allow her to potter about in her beloved garden, giving an unrivalled sence of independent movement for a very Happy Mumzie!

Great for around the house. Takes away the worry of falling. Cheaper than the same trolley in a town centre mobility shop. Win all round.

Really pleased for a start seamed solid and was easy to put together but the legs wobble

This was a good thing it was very useful for fetching my meals from kitchen to my table due to coming out of hospital

La consegna è stata perfetta il tutto è arrivato in ottime condizioni, niente di rotto. Il carrellino è arrivato dentro una scatola di cartone smontato in più pezzi, il montaggio non è stato difficoltoso, sono riuscito ad assemblare il tutto in pochissimo tempo. La qualità è abbastanza buona ed è adeguata al suo scopo per un uso da interno. Che dire, l'ho preso per mia madre che non deambula, e devo dire che siamo pienamente soddisfatti di questo carrellino che l'aiuta tutti i giorni a muoversi dentro la sua casa, facendo la doppia funzione di deambulatore e carrellino porta tutto, praticamente riesce a mettere su i ripiani le cose da trasportare da una stanza all'altra senza affaticarsi, veramente utile e indispensabile per lei.

Leider kam die Ware defekt an (ein Rohr war gequetscht). Der Rollwagen verströmte nach dem Auspacken eine üblen beißenden Geruch. Nach 3 Tage auslüften, war der Geruch zwar deutlich geringer, aber immer noch sehr intensiv. Rücksendung veranlasst, ich kann daher nicht sagen, ob der Geruch nach mehreren Wochen ganz nachgelassen hätte. Die Verpackung war an mehreren Stellen eingerissen und insgesamt eine recht instabile Pappe.

Grazie a questo prodotto siamo riusciti a risolvere un grande problema di mia nonna, la quale dovendo portare le stampelle non riusciva più a spostare da sola i piatti e altri oggetti.

Sebbene il carrello arrivi parzialmente montato, il telaio con i vassoi già posizionati e le ruote già messe, le gambe hanno bisogno di essere montate, essendo composte da spezzoni componibili mediante incastri. Le aste con le ruote, avendo un diametro esterno di 19 mm, non si possono infilare nell'incastro dei tubolari del telaio, a causa del calibro più stretto di ben 4 mm: le foto allegate sono esplicative. Chiaramente si tratta di un errore di calibrazione dei vari spezzoni delle gambe che finisce col rendere impossibile concludere correttamente il montaggio del carrello. Personalmente ho cercato di risolvere, invertendo il collocamento delle ruote, cioè sfilandole da dove stavano e mettendole dal lato opposto dello spezzone; purtroppo i fori di fissaggio non combaciano, e percò ho dovuto togliere un anello di plastica nera - che aveva la funzione di fermo - per consentire lo scivolamento più in giù, fino ai fori, degli spezzoni dei tubolari, ma così facendo l’insieme risulta traballante perché gli incastri non sono per niente combacianti fra loro ma hanno un "gioco" di qualche mm. e non sono più trattenuti dall’anello. Per di più, i due braccioli tubolari della parte alta del carrello, vanno anch'essi montati a incastro sui terminali delle gambe e si fissano con i puntali delle clip in dotazione: anche qui il montaggio è impossibile perché non sono allineati i fori!! Per ovviare a ciò, anche qui ho tolto un anello di plastica nera per consentire lo scorrimento fino in fondo dei tubolari del braccioli, ma così facendo i braccioli risultano traballanti perché gli incastri non sono per niente combacianti ma hanno un "gioco" di qualche mm. Insomma, in questo modo il carrello l’ho montato, però...che faticaccia e mezza delusione dei risultati. Nel cercare un aiuto in rete, fra i tanti feedback su Amazon, solo ora mi sono accorto che un altro compratore aveva evidenziato questo difetto costringendolo al reso. Mi spiace, perché l'idea di questo carrello che è anche un deambulatore mi aveva fatto sperare. Infatti, se non fosse per questo, il carrello è molto robusto, le ruote grandi, in acciaio e ricoperte di gomma, scorrono benissimo e senza rumore sul pavimento; il telaio è in acciaio, non il solito alluminio super leggero che finisce con lo scorrazzare fuori controllo per la casa mettendo a rischio chi sperava in un ausilio; i ripiani in plastica hanno un sostegno sicuro anche sul fondo, per la presenza di una asta di ferro laccata ben saldata sui fianchi del telaio. Infine, il colore marrone visto in foto su Amazon è scuro e incute una certa tristezza, ma non è così dal vivo: il carrello deambulatore consegnatomi ha un bel colore castagno sgargiante ed i due ripiani un color caffelatte. Soggiungo che il mio giudizio si riferisce ad un articolo acquistato "usato come nuovo", ad un prezzo di gran lunga inferiore al prezzo del nuovo, arrivato in imballi originali e sigillati, e non credo che sian tutti così.
