Is this cruelty free?

No idea ! But two of them arrived broken and I wasn’t quick enough in sending them back , too late so very disappointed and I said I would not buy it again

A very light fragrance, but not shown on ingredients.

Can this be used on permed hair or do I need to get a specific one like curl mousse ?

This is meant to be volumising. It doesn't add much volume, it is soft and silky I would think ideal for perms

My hair get greasy very fast, will using this make them even greasier?

No. I found restricting dairy and white of egg reduced greasiness of my hair and liver spots on my hand, apparently white of egg encourages melanin in the skin (brown)
