Can you use fast action hovis bread yeast to make pizza dough ?

Yes, Sainsbury have a simple recipe.... 400g plain flour, 1x7g sachet of the yeast, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon caster sugar and 2 tablespoons olive oil . Mix flour, yeast, salt and sugar in a bowl , make a well add 225ml water to bring together as a dough Tip out onto a floured surface and knead fir 1 minute. Leave to rest while you prepare the toppings. Shape the pizza and add toppings leave to rest and rise for about 10 to 15 minutes. Preheat your oven to the hottest then cook until ready . Hope it works, enjoy

Yeast is naturally gluten free, it is a fungus. Some yeast do have gluten , but I can't be sure about this Hovis bread yeast. I would have thought that with a lot of people with gluten intolerance , it would state on box but I can't see anything.
