Yes, this is the English thread version. It says 1.37 x 24 on it, which is the thread spec

Would this work with Deore?

Not a straight answer as it depends on the age of the chainset Early chainsets with Hollowtech I used Octalink cartridge-type bottom brackets with a hollow splined spindle built into the cartridge, V-1 for road cranks and XTR and V-2 for most other MTB cranks and Tiagra and Sora cranks. Hollowtech II uses external cup bottom brackets with the spindle as part of the crank arms. They are not at all interchangable. However all of the hollow tech 11 family are interchangeable a d will fit assuming your crank arm is of the type attached to the spindle

Will this work with a shimano tiagra fc-4404 crankset?

No it won't, you'll need a Shimano octa-link BB.... You'll need to know BB shell width, and axle length to order the right one
