I’ve used a couple primarily to block webcams when not in use. They maintain their tackiness for quite a while and being moved out of the way often. Eventually they will become less sticky due to dust particles getting onto the sticky side 
But in general I’d say they are indeed reusable and don’t leave any horrible residue that is a pain to try and clean up

I have spot lights with lens size of 18mm . Are any of the circular pieces this size?

There are 3x 19mm circles in this package, This product is the blackout edition. But for a spotlight, I recommend you get our LightDims Original strength or LightDims White Dims. Can these be used over led lights where there is 50 in a circle? My bathroom light is so bright. I would remove cover and sticking these straight on

Question 4

Can you see through these during the day? I need to block backlight on a radio but need occasional access to screen to tune/change station etc.
