Good sturdy swing
A good sturdy swing without having to dig up the garden, our son loves it. We had a slight problem with the one of the ropes fraying. Contacted seller with information, swing replaced no problem. Thank you very much.

Warning - structurally unsafe and seller not interested
Wood structure has very deep cracks in it - the full length of some of the poles and the cracks going half way through the poles. Upon receipt of this product I was unable to put it up for some time and it was stored in a dry safe environment, with nothing on top of it so it could not have been damaged in storage. When I did eventually open it I found the cracks render it structurally unsafe. I contacted the seller for a remedy and despite cracks in the structure being a known defect cited in various other reviews they have refused to offer any remedy, despite this product never being used and stored safely. Given this until to see how this can be the passing of time that would be the reason for the cracks in the wood and therefore in my view this product cannot be fit for purpose. This is a real worry given it’s a children’s swing - I think this seller should think carefully about the safety and quality of the product they are providing before there is a nasty accident.

Overpriced
Lovely sturdy swing but I do feel it is over priced at £190 It’s basically a bit of wood and a seat 😳 and it comes untreated so I now have to treat the wood myself

big splits
the wooden poles are covered in full length splits, i was assured by the supplier this is normal and would be safe to use. To be fair, once assembled it feels very strong but is still rather unsightly due to the splits

Wooden posts split wide open
All the wooden poles have split within 6 weeks of being set up. I have asked for a full refund as I feel a replacement will also be inferior quality.

Swing set for two
Purchased for my granddaughter and it is fantastic. Took two to assemble. Needs to be fixed to the ground for better support for the frame.
