I have been using it for over a year now for curries etc. it is easier to use than coconut milk and helpful if you want the sauce a bit thicker and stronger.

Not for those with diabetes or gut issues
Will not be buying this product again as I realised it has a very high amount of Maltodextrin, causing high sugar spikes, weight gain and high glycemic Index and inflamation. TASTE IS OK, good for curries.

Save space and money. The bag takes up much less space than the equivalent cans of coconut milk, and yu can just use what you need, which can be mixed according to directions or simply added dry! Brilliant!
