This patio heater is a real showpiece. It is absolutely beautiful and I find it so peaceful to watch the flames. It gives off a good amount of light and creates a nice ambiance for entertaining or setting the mood when I do my yoga outside. It also gives off nice heat for those around it. The quality is even better than I anticipated. The base has a beautiful finish that looks like stone. It isn’t just a painted on effect but actually a heavy, textured coating. The base is heavy to prevent the heater from tipping. With the propane tank added it is super bottom heavy and feels very secure. If a person wants more security, it does come with ground anchors to prevent tipping. It comes with leveling feet pre-installed as well as optional casters if one wants to be able to roll it around. The casters have locks to keep it from accidentally rolling. The patio heater is very easy to use, with electric ignition eliminating the need for a separate lighter. I just have to turn on the gas and press a button. Turning it off is as simple as turning off the gas. After it cools, it has a heavyweight cover to protect it from the elements and keep it looking nice. I like that the glass stays clean since propane is so clean burning. This patio heater always looks beautiful and is ready to turn on and enjoy in seconds. This heater is a little something different than the typical pole style heaters. I think it is beautiful.

There is no infrared radiant heating from this item. The pictures show the top getting red but it does not. All the heat from this is hot air so it goes straight up. Even standing next to it it doesn't feel very warm. Our deck is covered so the celling traps some of the heat. We kept the item because we liked the way it looked and the light it gives off. But we will be buying an infrared heater.

Beautiful flame....but, All the heat comes directly out the top. Falsely advertised as a wide heat area. Worthless for patio heating. Would send back for refund but too late after all you go through putting it together.

Fantastic ambiance but heat production is not what I expected. It is an aesthetic marvel on our patio.

I love that this firepit is one that I will be able to enjoy during all 4 seasons! Right now I’m enjoying the nice spring evenings outside with it. The spring can still be a bit windy and rainy, however there is no worry about this fire going out. The fire is surrounded my glass which protects it from the elements as well as keeps my little ones protected. I like that I can keep this out outdoors at all times. It gives us warmth, but I was also very impressed with the look of this fire pit. It has a nice modern and sleek look to it. Igniting the fire is very easy. It is very convenient and quick. Once ignited you can control the burner and the amount of fire you want. I’m very happy with how this looks with the rest of our patio furniture. It has been a great addition. I recommend putting it together with another person has the pieces are heavy duty, this will make it much more simple.

Very little heat, but looks nice.

This heater is for nice ambiance only. Do not purchase if you actually want to relax with ambiance and heat. The advertisement states 360 degree with up to 13' coverage. This is not the case, the heat goes straight up. I am able to put my hand directly on the glass as it is running. Sitting right next to it provides minimum heat. Very disappointed by this ~$360 purchase. They offered to refund $20 as compensation. They also wanted me to package back in original containers and send back. Honestly, I had no idea that it would not produce heat and did not keep the packaging. I would welcome them to come to my house and get it though.

This is the perfect size because it is not too bulky to where it takes too much space but is big enough to send it heat around it. It is aesthetically beauty and it looks amazing in our space. The heat is good and it was easy to put together. Took less than twenty minutes

EASY TO PUT TOGETHER, GREAT QUALITY

Finally received my Heater put it all together and was excited to put it out and get cozy! Very disappointed, zero heat, only out the top and into the air the heat goes! Do not buy, I’m requesting a refund!
