Can you use it on dry hair?

Yes you can. It can be used to curl hair after drying or between washes.

Should I buy the curl cream and the all in one conditioner with this too or do they all do similar things?

This just really holds your curls. More like a serum. I use conditioner and this put this on after. It dry's a little hard but then if you shake you hair after it all disappears leaving great curls

What is the scent can you describe it?

It has a very gentle and light fruity scent. The scent's not really noticeable when using the product (and it's a really good product).
