Autoglym Leather Clean & Protect Complete Kit

Good products - nice and easy / quick to use and the kit has all you need to apply (I would recommend buying some gloves too if you don't have any as the kit doesn't include them just as a precaution to protect your hands). My seats were looking a bit tired and dried out from the recent heatwaves and this got them nice and soft again.

very to quality product. Only 4 stars due to its price. But it does what it says and leaves a nice scent. I only applied it this week, I hope it keeps the leather strong lasting.

Excellent product used it to clean leather seats of my MG4 worked great cleaned seats and the conditioner made the Leather soft and looked as New. Would definitely recommend Autoglym

The perfect clean and protection leather kit, cleaner gets a little sticky if you don't work it in long enough or wipe away properly so doing a couple passes with a microfiber towel is definitely needed but great cleaning power

Very good - cleaned up some 26 year old cream car leather nicely. Highly suggest getting a plastic bristle nail brush and scrubbing the seams with this product - amazing result. The balm smells like old leather which is a nice touch, and brings up the cleaned leather beautifully. This pack would probably last 5-10 cleans of 5 seats which is mega value.

I recently bought an Audi S3 with leather seats and steering wheel. The car is not new and the seats and steering wheel had been used obviously by the previous owners. The seats although in great condition don’t look like they had been cleaned and as they had numerous peoples bums and who knows what on them definitely needed cleaning for my peace of mind. The steering wheel had gone very shiny and again had other peoples hands all over them previously and I don’t want to be touching this everyday. This product was very easy to use but does require a fair bit of elbow grease to get the job done. I hoovered the seats and then sprayed the cleaner on the base of the drivers seat. I worked this into the seat with a dry micro fibre cloth then did the upright part of the seat then the headrest. Then I wet the chamois supplied and went over the seat rinsing the chamois as I went until all of the cleaner was no longer visible on the seats or chamois. I then wiped over the seats with another dry micro fibre cloth and moved onto repeat this process on all the other seats. This took me about an hour to do all the seats thoroughly and I then left all the doors open to dry the seats for about 30 minutes. Then I did the same process on the steering wheel. Once that was dry as well, I then used the supplied balm on the seats and steering wheel with the also supplied foam applicator pad. I then left this to soak in for 24 hrs. The seats came up lovely and the steering wheel was much better than before. I will probably clean the seats every 6 months and apply the balm to keep them clean and moisturised. But the steering wheel, I will be doing probably every month until I get more of the dirt and oils out of it and get it back to nearer it’s original condition.

Es “el kit” si lo que quieren es hacer el tratamiento completo a sus asientos y remates en piel, como recomiendan todos los fabricantes. Con este kit se realiza la limpieza de todas las partes de los asientos y demás piezas en piel (por ejemplo volante y pomo de palanca de cambio) en una primera fase. Para ello primero se recomienda que prueben una pequeña bolita de producto en una pequeña zona que sea poco visible de sus asientos, de esta manera podrá comprobar si por alguna extraña causa, se crea alguna reacción negativa. Una vez se haga la primera vez, ya no será preciso repetirla nunca más y estoy seguro que no tendrán ningún problema. Esta primera fase limpia sus piezas tratadas dejando l piel brillante en tanto se produce el secado. El tiempo de secado dependerá de dónde tengan aparcado su vehículo, debiendo dar más tiempo en casa de estar en lugar sombreado como por ejemplo, un caraje subterráneo. Siempre que lo utilizo lo dejo secar bien hasta el día siguiente a la misma hora. En una segunda fase se utiliza el bote con la cera nutritiva con la ayuda de la esponja negra. Se recomienda dosificar su aplicación utilizando bolas de producto de tamaño no mayor a una moneda de 59 céntimos y aplicándose de manera circular, para ayudar así a que la crema nutra mejor cada zona donde se aplique. Esperar al día siguiente para que le haya dado tiempo a que se seque bien. Un consejo, en zonas como el volante ayúdense de algún papel de cocina que sin arañar, ayuda a extraer cualquier rastro de suciedad en la fase uno. Sin más, recomiendo absolutamente estos productos por su enorme calidad y diferencia respecto a otros que probé en el pasado. Es la mejor inversión para una impecable durabilidad y esplendor de su vehículo. La calidad bien valorada es garantía de futuro.

Trae un limpiador que hace su función de maravilla y la crema lo mismo además se hace el trabajo super rápido se absorbe muy rápido lo que no me gusta tanto es el olor pero los volveré a comprar.

Este producto, creado para la limpieza de los asientos de cuero del automóvil, está formado por un limpiador jabonoso pH neutro -con pistola- de medio litro, una botella de crema/cera para el cuidado de la piel, también de 500ml, una bayeta grande para aclarar los restos del limpiador jabonoso y una esponja negra. La bayeta y la esponja hay que usarlas ligeramente humedecidas. La crema deja un olor a coche nuevo, por lo que usaría este producto si fuese a vender el coche. Estos productos quitan bien las manchas y dan brillo a la piel si no es muy rugosa. Previamente, hay que aspirar o limpiar el polvo de los asientos. Yo lo he comprado para el coche, pero lo he usado antes para el sofá de casa, cosa que después he visto que se desaconseja. Advertencia: Para cuero de automóvil. No apto para cuero de casa o de ropa. ¿Estoy contenta con los resultados.? Sí. ¿Es necesario? No, pero son productos específicos para la piel, que no es amiga del agua. Entonces, ¿qué alternativas hay? Sugiero aspirar o usar un plumero mágico (Pronto) o gamuza atrapa polvo (Mercadona) para el primer paso: limpiar el polvo. A continuación, con una bayeta de microfibra humedecida con agua destilada, limpiamos los sillones/sofás. Quitaría las manchas con limpiacristales multiusos (Mercadona). Finalmente, aplicaría crema Nivea (lata azul) para proteger la piel y resaltar el brillo. Se obtienen mejores resultados con el cuero si usamos agua destilada. O bien, compraría este producto que simplifica el proceso. Sin embargo, la crema (500 ml) para encerar los asientos de cuero tiene un olor muy fuerte (como la cera para coches) y creo que no debe entrar en contacto con nuestra piel. Recomiendo usar guantes desechables al usar estos productos. ¿Volvería a comprarlo? El limpiador jabonoso, sí. La crema/cera, NO. Me da dolor de cabeza. Será por eso que no es apta para el cuero del hogar (ni de la ropa). Ni para entrar en contacto con la piel, pienso yo. Como las instrucciones están en inglés (en las pegatinas de los botes), traduzco lo básico: 1. Aspirar el interior, usando un cepillo suave para quitar polvo y suciedad. 2. Agitar el líquido jabonoso (pistola) y probar en un lugar poco visible a ver si el producto es adecuado. 3. Pulverizar y y limpiar con la esponja o un trapo. 4. Después de 2 minutos, retirar los restos de jabón usando la bayeta Hi-Tech Aqua-Dry (la bayeta grande) humedecida y aclarándola con frecuencia en agua limpia. 5. Cuando se seque, aplica la crema protectora. Bote de cera/crema: 1. Usar antes el spray limpiador para que la crema se absorba en una superficie limpia y seca. 2. Agitar y probar en un lugar poco visible para asegurarse de que no mancha o destiñe. 3. Verter la crema en un aplicador de cera. Frotar suavemente por la superficie del cuero. 4. Dejar secar unos minutos hasta que se absorba completamente y después pasar una bayeta de microfibra para sacar brillo.
