Excellent brand!
I tend to be anemic and these have no negative side effects. No gross aftertaste, no upset stomach, and excellent quality. I also take vitamin C with this to increase absorption.

Postpartum mom approved!
My doctor recommended that I start an iron supplement as I am a few months postpartum. I am happy with this supplement so far as it doesn’t hurt my stomach and I feel Less tired when I take it consistently. I have been doing it every other day and pairing with a Vit C capsule for maximum absorption.

Work well, and tolerate well!
Was recommended by my doctor, since I have chronic anemia. They started working in the first week. I wasn’t extremely fatigued anymore. I felt so much better. No side effects that I have seen at all. And feeling better so quickly, was definitely a plus. I have taken other doctor recommended brands, but this brand was cheaper, and did the best job. Have already re-ordered, and will continue to use. If you struggle with iron deficiency, don’t hesitate to try. Not a large capsule at all. I had no trouble swallowing. Just one capsule a day.

Excellent iron supplement
