Really great additional light to increase visibility in autumn and winter commutes.
This is a great additional light set for extra visibility on the road. Quick to charge, and the battery appears to last as long as the advertised 43 hours when used on flash settings which is what I have predominately used. As a constant beam setting, it is bright, but only suitable for urban lit roads. I wouldn't rely on it for a dark country lane as the sole front light. It comes with a couple of different types of fittings to accommodate most bicycle helmets. The fitting is with extra strong rubber bands, that attach a cradle for the light to the helmet. This allows for easy removal of the light to recharge, without having to fully remove the fittings each time. It is very light, and I don't notice it on on my head on my commutes to work. I have it slightly to the side of my helmet, as I often have a camera on the top of my helmet. I have yet to use it in the rain, so will be interesting to see how waterproof it is. I am that impressed with it, that I am going to purchase another for my son to use in the winter months for his cycle to school.

Brilliant all round light torch christmas tree illumination
Firstly, if your sick and tired of having to constantly charge your lights then buy one of these, depending on the configuration of whether you have both front and rear on constant, one on constant one on flash or both on flash you should get between 3 and 10 hours minimum, i get generally 13-15 with one on one on flash. The light itself is super bright and a great secondary light, i still have bike fixed lights but given i know this is always going to have charge in it i find that i worry less that my main lights will go out because i havent charged them twice that day already. I forget how the lumens are spread depending on the way its set up but they are bright, very bright. A taxi driver called me a fat something christmas tree following a near miss altercation which i was quite pleased with. Id rather be a fat christmas tree than a dead ran over badger. Ive attached some pictures of how ive fixed it to my helmet, i used some additional cable ties to secure it because my helmet has quite wide vents, it comes with a few cable ties included so you may not need them, but it will attach to any helmet with a bit of thought on placement. Its sturdy once fixed and havent had any issues with rattling or movement since putting it on. It detaches easily to charge if you remember to only use the rubber strap to clip it in rather than cable ties which i wouldnt reccomend, ie dont cable tie the light to the mount, cable tie the mount to the helmet and use the strap to secure the light to the mount. Really handy torch if you need one as well. All round a great buy and pleased i picked one up.

Flexible, easy to use, and bright.
I ride an electric unicycle (EUC) which has good front and rear lights but, of course, they are quite low down. I wanted something I could mount on the top of my helmet to make sure I was visible to cars etc. This is super flexible to install. I used the included rubber figure-of-eight strap through the air vents on the centre top of my full face helmet (a Kali Invader) and it's very tight and secure. I've caught it on a few tree branches and it's never shifted. The light is surprisingly bright so when riding down dark trails or footpaths, I was pleased by how much it illuminates the direction I'm looking. Given that the EUC lights only point the way I'm going (as would a bike), this is useful for looking around. The button on the top is easy to find without looking if you need to turn it on or off while wearing it, and it's a simple hold to turn on/off and press to toggle flashing or solid. Finally, the charging port is well protected to ensure the whole thing stays waterproof but accessible enough to make charging easy without having to remove the light from the holder. Sometimes I don't even take it off my helmet! Only criticism is that it's micro-USB instead of USB-C but it comes with a cable anyway and that's more of a personal preference as I've mostly migrated to USB-C.

Better experience than unknown brands on Ebay yet..
Ok so, first my use scenario: I commute to and fro school with my kids for school drop-offs and pick-ups, that means its day light hours most time of the year. Most of the commute is on cycle paths with the few roads in between having sparse traffic but a couple of tricky junctions with cars parked on the side walks. I needed a helmet light as my seat-post is obscured by either a child seat or a tag-along so that blocks any rear light positioned lower. When my elder one is not being towed he might be in front of me which brings up multiple considerations for a handle-bar front light (being obsured, blinding when my child looks back). So I needed a nice strong 'day-time see-me' helmet light that can be seen over my kid and parked cars near junctions. The seven modes available come with various brightness/ lumens. The stronger of the two flash (front and rear) modes is 30 lumens at the front and 30 at the back. I found the back light to be really good at this setting but the front flash rather weak. On a cloudy morning we did not find the 30 lumen front flash attention grabbing beyond a couple of car lengths, and almost invisible when it got sunny. Now, there is a full 100 lumen front flash mode available but that comes with a 15 lumen constant back light, so if I set it at that the back is no longer attention grabbing enough. unfortunately a mode with the full 100 lumen flash upfront and 30 lumen flash at the back is not available. I would guess a 5 hour up-time would be possible with such a mode within the exiting product specs. That said, this is still a very good light, perhaps the best helmet light in the 30 quid price range out there for urban commuting. Compared to my cheap seat stay rear light bought off ebay the rear flasher is much better. My advise to people looking for an attention-grabber when the sun is bright and/or low is to spend more and go for something with more lumens. As others have pointed out, build is solid, battery backup time is good (no signs of it getting weaker after 5 school runs), easy to install though I would have preferred the holding bracket were flatter as none of our helmets are round like a handlebar, this means we find ourselves re-adjusting the tilt every so often. Also note the 43 hours marketing time is only for the weaker flashing mode. There is a nice table, with front and rear lumens and associated battery time present in booklet that should be reproduced in the listing.

Really bright and super easy to set up and use
This feels like a quality item which is what I look for in safety equipment. The instructions are easy to follow (I'm female so I do read them) and the light charged up very quickly. Because the top bar of my helmet is very wide I had to use both of the rubber straps to fit it, but it does come supplied with tie wraps so I could have used those instead. Love that I can use it on my handlebars as a front light or on the frame at the back as a back light. Can't really assess battery life yet but I've been using it in poorish conditions and I am still alive so I think other road users can see me. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends that cycle and I want to stay alive.

Dim wide front beam
Negative: Not very bright front light. I was disappointed tgmhe front light was so dim. I was hoping to use for night MTB on trails. And wanted bright narrow beam. This is dim wide beam. Positive: great mounts, easy clip on to helmet or bar. good safety light for roads or cycle paths. Lots of light modes. Easy charge. Waterproof. Small light. I often take it as back up light for dog walks now. Is small and easy in pocket.

Superb light!
The build quality is clear and compared to other lights I’ve had, it is so much better. It was really easy to fit to my helmet and isn’t too big or heavy and I hardly notice it when I use it. The different functions are all handy depending on your riding. Being able to turn off one end or the other or using both red and white together is clever. I use it on the red/white/red/white mode that seems to last for ever and the memory function stops me from pressing the button loads of times. The front light is just about bright enough to see where I’m going but I use it to keep me seen on the road. I have a big heavy light for lighting up dark roads but wouldn’t like that on me helmet! The switch is easy to use and has a little click so I know it’s on. It also has a battery power light inside the switch so I know when to charge it. All told it’s really great and I’m pleased I bought it. The traffic is so busy now and I feel much safer wearing the light. Thanks !

Funciona muy bien
Quizás una de las mejores compras que he echo últimamente por aquí. Ilumina muy bien, la batería es duradera y tiene muchos modos fijos e intermitentes distintos. Muy fácil de montar.
